Not all fancy-looking Dairy Queens have good food to reflect their interior. A lesson I should have learned after so many of these reviews, I guess I am but a stubborn goblin. The place was pretty empty, even for lunch-time rush, was able to get my order quick-like. However, as I sat there waiting for my food to be called, nothing came up, even though I was quite literally around one wall that even a mumble would have been heard by me. Nope, dude just placed it on the counter and walked away. Even tried to get his attention for some sauce, and he just lumbered around the back. However, in spite of the service, the food was better than most, and its price isn't exactly pricey, so it was enjoyable for what it is. The freezer still had some Dilly Bars I was able to pick up for the Mausoleum on the way out. Would been much better if people just had follow-through.

We rolled through after work to get (2) 4 piece chicken strip baskets and a 2 piece kids meal, 2 cones and a pack of dilly bars for $47. We didn’t get any fries really, and my son didn’t get fries or his chocolate milk. For this price we could’ve ate better somewhere else, will not be coming back.

What is going on with Dairy Queen?! I asked for 2 small Sunday’s and 2 medium Sundays and this is what I get? Can you tell which is which? I mean McDonald has them for cheaper price and more presentable. Fudge?? Come one at least put it all around not on one side only guys! And price wise!? Got charged for medium sizes. Y’all are getting worse then McDonalds.. next time I’ll probably have a better luck with McDonald’s

Disappointed, I went through the drive thru, I ordered a banana split and it was already melted when I checked in the bag, I literally live like 5 minutes away 😭- like is the soft serve machine just runny? Cause no way the ice cream melted that fast, especially when the fruits and cream were still kinda cold. The blizzard was good tho and cheeseburger! But definitely never ordering a banana split from here, especially after seeing the other reviews

I just came through and ordered a small hot fudge sundae. What I was given was essentially just soup. I’ve never received an ice cream I could drink before. I’m appalled that this is the quality they are willing to give their customers

Im quite sure dairy queen policy is employees serving or preparing food are to wear hair restraints whether that be a hat, hair net or visor. The employees at this location never have hats on and the person serving your food normally has hair halfway down their back and in their face. At least tie your hair behind your head. It almost makes me lose my taste for ice cream when I look at your employees preparing food with no hats on.

I don't eat a ton of fast food, but was in the area & saw Dairy Queen, so went through the drive-through for a chicken finger basket & blizzard. I think there might have been only one person working. He took my order & I pulled up to the window. I waited about a minute & he came to the window with my blizzard, took my payment, then asked me to park in the #1 waiting spot. After waiting there several minutes & long enough for about 2-3 other cars to get their food & leave, he brought out my food & I went home. First thing I noticed opening the box was that they're no longer chicken fingers, but chicken nuggets. I opened my little cup of ranch & dipped the first one. Immediately I had to smell & dip my finger to taste-test the ranch. It passed both, but it had a kind of lumpy texture I'm still not sure about. I grabbed a slice of the toast & it was actually bread SOAKED in whatever butter product they use on it. Took another look into the box of disappointment & grabbed a couple fries. I used to say Dairy Queen had the best fries. They did not look like the fries I remembered, & definitely didn't taste like them either. I finished what I could of the chicken & took the rest to the trash bin for the raccoons. By that time I'd forgotten about the blizzard I put in my freezer to get out cold again. I'm not sure if some of this was a one-off because they were short on staffing, but they've definitely changed sourcing from what I remember. Quality of everything was BAD. I guess I should say that the two bites of blizzard I took while waiting for my food seemed pretty good, & the guy at the window seemed to be doing his best & was nice. The meal was a good reinforcement to stay away from fast food.
