The picture does not do this place any justice. We ordered a combination bowl to go and it was delicious! Friendly service too. Price was fair- this plate was about $20.

I got the pho combination. Decent pricing, good broth and good portion of meat! Customer service was quick and friendly.

I decided to try this place out and had waited 30 minutes for my food then my waitress brought me another tea and apologized for the long wait adding that the manager would give me a 15% discount off my food. Three different groups had come in to dine during this time and were almost done eating while I still waited. I then asked to get it to go. I had been waiting an hour when the waitress finally brought it over. She gave me the check when I noticed it was only 15% of the rice making it .60. She then told me the manager would have to correct it and she had just gone "upstairs" and would return shortly. It had been a 90-minute wait by then and my food was getting cold. I told the waitress it should be free by now and she said, Go ahead and take it. " I didn't want any problems so I waited another 10 minutes before she came over and told me to go ahead and take it. I left knowing she had already run my card and trusted that they would do the right thing. They did not. The food was substandard at best, perhaps because it was so cold and the meat was tough. It definitely was not worth the $40 that I paid for it when it was supposed to be free after having waited close to 2 hours for it. I had to give them a 1 rating on everything but it was not even worth that. Perhaps you'll have a better experience but due to the inadequate service, poor food, and their deceptive practices, I do not plan to ever return to this place.

Sunday 7/10/22 Ughhh 😩 one of the worst places to eat at inside of the Bally’s hotel. First off the girl at the cashiers station wasn’t friendly, didn’t explain the meals very good. She was just there to "work" and collect your money. Then when you sit down, took FOREVER to get your drinks, took another FOREVER to get your food, then the food was nasty, I got the combination rice, $22, tasted a day old, dry, yuck 🤮. I do not recommend. Don’t even know who our waiter was, it was like a few different people. Only good thing I have to say is THANK YOU to Carlos, he was sweet and patient.

The pho was ok. The meat was tender but the sausage was tough. Overall ok. The egg rolls were the best part but only 3 to an order. For 2 people we had to half the last. The "server" brought us drinks never to be seen again.

Sorry I can't give higher. Took 20 minutes to notice I was sitting there. 3 servers and 5 tables of people. Really? Walked out when they didn't even have unsweetened tea and only could offer sweet tea or bottled water.

The food me and my wife had was cooked excellent and was very nicely plated..it was slightly pricey but it was a nice meal for me and more than my wife could finish. However we did not order the fish fish ours eas a stir fry served in "nest" made from fried rice noodles.
