NEKO Cat Cafe Seattle

I originally posted a blank review right after attending, as I was traveling and didn't have time. I've come back to post a full review! (better late than never?) I was visiting Seattle for a concert and this was THE place I wanted to visit most while in the city. I have been a fan of their social media for years. I attended alone and enjoyed a root beer before the appointment. Most of the people at the same appointment were too shy to try to interact with the cats, which is a shame. The cats were sleepy, but still amenable to pets~ (note that cats being sleepy is totally normal! don't go if you'll get upset they may be sleepy!) I got to pet Zest and Elvira, and I felt like I was meeting celebrities! I spent time trying to interact with Hydrophobic Phil, and was able to get him to play which was very rewarding~ Very lovely experience. (also I want that brown grocery bag shaped cat hide hehe). After the appointment I bought merchandise from their shop, as well as a lot of cat toys for my cats. I have also since ordered from their online shop as well, and they were very accommodating when I was missing an item from my order. This is truly a place that has brought me immense happiness, even as I live across the country. Thank you, Neko!!

Thank you Neko cat cafe! I had a purrfect time with all the kitties last evening 😊 I’m happy that Wednesday played with me for a bit and some other furry friends allowed me to pet them! And my pleasure to meet sir Douglas bubbletrousers! 😃

I love this place! It’s so fun and calming to spend time with the wonderful cats. The cookies and merchandise are adorable! I did not eat there but I like the offerings.

I think some people might be hesitant to visit because of what they've heard/read/been warned about regarding the cat and other animal cafes in Japan. TBH I was at first, but after stepping in and speaking with the staff I had no worries about the welfare of the cats here and no qualms about reserving a slot for my daughter and I to spend some getting to know them! If you're thinking about visiting on a weekend, reserve your slot ahead of time!

Met some great people who love cats as much as we do. Portland needs some cat cafes. Great place to met some great cats have a few bites to eat grab a coffee and play with kitty's! All have thier special attitudes. 45min playtimes and all money helps find these cats homes! Go today!

Super fun kitty experience. Make sure to book your time in the cat room early! The sweet treats were delightful and the coffee simple and delicious. Well worth a stop!

The staff were wonderful, coffee was great and we didn't have to take out a second mortgage for it. The cats were all friendly and curious and fun to play with. Douglas is the best welcome committee.We've been to cafes like this before and NEKO is by far the best!!! Thank you! We'll be back!
