One of the best breakfast places I’ve ever eaten at. The Japanese bread is made by their chef. The French toast was insanely good as they caramelized it, French scrambled eggs so light and silky. Pork belly was scrumptious. Coffee iced lattes so good!

Stumbled across SABC and it did not disappoint. Took my mother here for breakfast after looking at the menu online. We ordered hot tea, horchata, brisket scramble and avocado toast. Absolutely delicious! Japanese/Mexican fusion just works. Very flavorful and plenty of food to share. The waiter was very helpful explaining the items and when we had questions. Definitely taking more of my family & friends back for more.

We've driven past this place many times since its in an inconspicuous location, but decided to finally give it a try. The sourdough pancakes & fried chicken were very good (Bubbie's plate)! The pancakes were not too sweet and the fried chicken was dark meat and juicy, and the batter was very crispy. I also ordered a berry bloom drink, which was berry soda, lavender, and mint? But I could not taste any mint or lavender. It was interesting, so give it a try if you like berries. The city plate was... disappointing. The description was very enticing with french toast made with Hokkaido milk bread and pork belly, however the French toast batter was very sugary and mediocre. The bread is very thick, about an inch or more! But the batter barely penetrates about a millimeter on each side, so the interior texture was just like regular bread. Unfortunately they ran out of pork belly today so we received bacon, but they comped us for the miscommunication, as they didn't tell us until after the received the food. The cinnamon roll was not bad, nothing to write home about. It was topped with pistachio, which was not noted on the menu, so be wary if you have a nut allergy. Over all, the Bubbie's fried chicken plate was great, but maybe skip on the city plate.

This place surprised me and totally judged this place before walking in. The location is quite odd and was in a random spot on the street. But man, I was completely wrong. The food is was absolutely amazing. I would definitely come back to this spot to have some brunch! We came here after Church with a bigger group and everyone’s meal was pretty dang good. First up, Bubbies Fried Chicken and Sourdough pancakes. It looked amazing coming out and had high hopes for flavor. That fried chicken was bomb. Perfect crunch and batter to chicken ratio. Chicken was super moist and did not even need any kind of ketchup, the batter had great flavor. The sourdough pancakes were the guilty pleasure of some healthy batter pancakes and good thickness and dough. Not chewy or soggy either! Next is the Fried Sandwich! I don’t even know what it was called but it was on the Japanese toast I believe, that was airy and fluffy but also crispy and crunchy at the same time. Especially with the fried chicken, this thing was just. It was good and ate the whole thing easily. The potatoes, eh, not the best and way too big. Like undercooked almost Next is the steaks and fries! The chimichurri was good! Steak was a bit cold and the fries were nice and crispy! Nothing amazing but just good overall for steak and fries. Wife got the burger lettuce wraps and said it was good overall! The meat was perfectly medium rare and great juiciness to it! The ketchup they have is like a tangy Asian fusion type ketchup that has a little kick and honestly was really good! Highly recommend partly with the burger, fries, and sandwich! Lastly the smoked brisket scramble! This thing was a beast of a plate and honestly really good as well! The brisket was very juicy and tender. Paired with the potatoes and pickled onions, was a solid bite! Overall, service was awesome and the guys there were kind and on top of it! Unfortunately the A/C was not working and we were dying inside of how hot it was, but food made up for it for sure! High recommended for a brunch spot!

The place is kinda hidden among industrial surroundings, looks simple and unique. I fallen love with the kindness of staff in here. Super friendly, like your next door buddy has your back if you want to add or exclude something in your dish, literally made me feel heard and special. Thank you so much guys ❤️ Here are 2 dishes I ordered with a special request 1. Avocado toast with extra egg 2. Pancake stuck without sugar powder and with cream on a side I personally liked pancakes as they are, no need to add anything that’s how good they are

Incredible first experience here today. The teams attention to detail and love for great food, laid back atmosphere. Had the City plate with the Hokkaido French toast, French scrambled eggs and crispy potatoes. Also tried the house made shrub sodas, the berry and pineapple tepache. Food was prepared expertly and the head chef came out to ask us how everything was tasting. I can tell that this crew truly care about their craft. Will be coming back here whenever I can!
