The whole establishment was wonderful , the food was amazing , fresh , well made and presented very nice and neat , also my waitress candy provided exceptional service and was very polite. I highly recommend this establishment while it does accommodate a one on one date feel but also family and kid friendly

I feel like I just found a new favorite spot and I almost want to gatekeep it ..but,Big Bamboo in Richmond is too good not to share. The place is bright, bold, and spotlessly clean, with tons of space and seating so you can actually relax, watch the game, and not feel cramped or rushed. The drink options were fantastic—solid beer lineup and surprisingly great tequila choices for an asian fusion restaurant. I had the Bold Rock Mimosa cider on tap, It was light, fresh, and dangerously easy to drink Food-wise… wow. The crispy bao buns were perfect, the Tom Yum soup hit just right on a rainy winter day in Richmond, and the calamari deserves a special shoutout. My goodness, thick, crunchy, and not rubbery in the slightest (you know how rare that is). Everything felt thoughtfully done, not just "bar food." But honestly? The service sealed it. Attentive, friendly, and genuinely top tier, second to none. And for the quality, the prices were more than reasonable. Plenty of space, great food, excellent drinks, outstanding service—this place is incredible. Add it to your list immediately.

Fantastic new place! Absolutely delicious food with great prices. Sunday Happy Hour deals on appetizers - we got Wow Bow, Gyoza, and Wonton Serangoon, which was like a fancy crab Rangoon 😍 Service was incredible too! Definitely coming back, might be a new favorite spot!

Jake Ryan was an excellent server and host! I love the bulgogi burrito that I ordered- the meat was delicious! The Tokyo mule was a good mix of sour and ginger. I was even checked on by the general manager. I love the welcoming and hospitable environment. I’m really glad we saw this place on social media and decided to try it! Definitely will be coming again and bringing friends!

Very reasonably priced and tasty food. Kind of like Tacqueria Tsunami if you've ever had that. 15 bucks for four mix and match tacos all of which were delicious. Drinks were strong. Not a lot of personality to the decor but that doesn't really matter, it is still a nice and clean place.

Big Bamboo is a worthy stop for happy hour. The vibe is chill and welcoming. We ordered margarita flight and it was really good. Their food is pretty good too - l've had their fried rice. Fast service at the bar as well.
