Yishan Korean Restaurant is a beautiful spot with an awesome lunch special during the week—$20 for a meal that could easily feed three people! The food was unique and flavorful, and the atmosphere is calm and quiet, perfect for a relaxing meal. The customer service was good, and the drinks were solid too. The only downside is the parking, which can be a bit tricky. Overall, a great experience!

One of the BEST restaurants in Middletown, NY. If you’ve ever wanted to try fantastic and unique cuisine at a reasonable price, this is your place. We ordered the kimchi stir fried pork and the marinated beef BBQ. Everything was delicious. Since we ordered the BBQ we had to cook our beef, but that was one of the best parts of our dining experience! We had such a great time at this restaurant, and had even a better time eating the food. The portions are very large so they’re perfect for sharing! I will definitely be back, and am extremely eager to bring my friends and family!

This was our second time visiting, took some friends with us. Love the food, it was a lot even though there were 7 of us. The waitress was awesome & she remembered us from our first visit 🥰

Excellent Authentic Korean Restaurant. We were served by John our waiter who in my opinion very professional at what he does,greeted us with a smile enthusiasm and polite. The food (The pictures speak for themselves)it was as delicious as it looks. Great value for the money you pay, will be back again for a third time. A must if you like or are interested in Korean food. A gem in the arsenal of quality restaurant in Middletown NY.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our son's 30th birthday last night. Food was delicious, plentiful and fresh. Marie was our wonderful waitress and she took excellent care of us!!! Will definitely be back!! Check this one out people...it's worth it.

I had the Japchae while my boyfriend had the spicy pork stir fried rice bowl and for our first time having Korean food , this place did NOT disappoint! Service was 10/10 shoutout to my waitress Marie, she was very attentive and welcoming ! Amazing food , amazing atmosphere and amazing staff

This is my favorite place to get korean bbq! the quality of meat is out of this world, the pickled veggies are always perfect, your shared plates are amazing!!! I always feel at home and relaxed here! I might be your biggest fan!
