Noodles and Company

We decided to give this place a try, and what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be! They offer a decent variety of options for vegetarian, vegan, and non-vegetarian diners. The host was welcoming, and the service was excellent.

Worst Noodles & Company experience I’ve ever had. Both noodle bowls were served ice cold, and when I asked if they could be reheated, I was told, "we don’t have a microwave." Apparently, neither a fresh portion nor a refund was an option. The staff were dismissive, and the manager rolled their eyes multiple times, which was incredibly unprofessional. To make things worse, there was no soy sauce available, nor was any substitute offered. The attitude from the staff was unnecessarily sassy, and it’s honestly embarrassing to see a restaurant manager behave that way.

I've been here a few times and I like it each time. The last two orders were parmesan crusted chicken alfredo. Spinach and broccoli. Clean business, fairly busy. Ordered online and picked up in 15 minutes. Rewards program available. The staff was great and I will see you all again!

First time here I love carbs and noodles and this is definitely going to be one of my to go to spots . Macy the manager is awesome. She was very informative and knowable of the menu Her suggestions were on point and the rice crispy treats my favorite.

My review is 4.5 Stars. Clean place and very friendly service. I got the Buffalo Chicken Mac & Chesse. Very good flavor and tender chicken, pasta cooked perfect. I would have liked a little more creamy cheese within pasta. Would recommend and would go back.

We always stop when we’re driving through. My fave is Rigatoni Rosa and my husband loves Japanese pan noodles. It’s the best (and relatively healthy tbh) fast-ish food. The rigatoni is always al dente - not sure how they do it for being "fast food" but we’re glad they do! If I was in college here or lived nearby I would probably eat here multiple times a week! Ty Noodles for being consistently great!

Great experience, the service was phenomenal. Never been here before but navigating was very easy due to the help of the workers. My food came at an efficient time and was greatly portioned. Would recommend and definitely try again. Very kid friendly, the kids meal options are very great. I would love to see some more salad options and soup or maybe just more sides in general. Other than that . Perfect 10/10 .
