My mom has been at Sugar Valley since April 2025. There have been ups and downs. Currently, Zack (the manager) is making great changes. He’s very receptive to feedback and is concerned about the quality of life for the residents. Thank you , Zack! Mom is also much happier with the food choices and quality. Yay to the kitchen staff! The front desk ladies are always very pleasant.

My mom has lived at Sugar Valley for over a year. Her billing had been messed up for quite sometime and I could not get answers as to why. Your business office lady Leann came in and within a couple of hours was able to figure out what the problem was and get it corrected. She has been a pleasant addition to the Sugar Valley family. Mom really enjoys living here and the staff is very pleasant. I highly recommend Sugar Valley to anyone who is looking for senior living.

Great community! Love the clean and friendly environment. The dining room is bright and allows a lot of natural light! Great visit for options for my loved one down the road.

Laisa, Hands down is the BEST housekeeper there. She takes pride in her job,and the residents. I hope the residents have a fun festive Christmas. Happy holidays. ☃️ 🌲

This is the nicest community I have been to. The staff is friendly and the food is amazing. Everyone is willing to help and are always available.

My mother has lived at Sugar Valley for over 7 years. We are very happy and satisfied with the care and assistance she has received. The management and staff have always went the extra mile to make sure she is comfortable. We have enjoyed many meals with her and the food has always been very good. I would highly recommend Sugar Valley!

RUN AWAY from this place! Terrible management and they are extremely rude to the residents. They recently remodeled, jacked up the rates, threw away all the lovely pictures on the wall and completely took out all the library books. The food is terrible and all resident's are required to show up for meals at the same time, what a horrible process. This place has turned into an assisted-living and is a far cry from independent living, Do not put any of your loved ones here. Thank goodness I was able to get my parents out.
