Customer Reviews
Starbucks Coffee Company has a rating of 4 out of 5 based on over 77 reviews on Google
I have been a regular customer of this starbucks since the week that they opened, often going weekly. I don’t know if they stopped paying their workers or had a change in staff but recently the drinks and service have been awful. Last week i ordered an iced drink and it was watered down the milk was lukewarm. i ended up throwing it away even tho i paid 6$ for it. This week I decided to give it one more chance and they only filled my venti PSL 3/4 of the way and didn’t put whip, when i didn’t specify "no whip" (picture added below). the workers have also been rude and petty. Last week when i grabbed my drink without saying anything because they were very busy, and one of the male baristas loudly yelled "you’re welcome!" in a very passive aggressive tone as I walked out. I understand that starbucks isn’t the best corporation and they work you to the bone, but don’t take it out on the customers. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon. sad as i have been coming here sometimes multiple times a week since they opened.
I am not sure why people go to Starbucks. I don't go often. I had a gift card I had won so I decided to use it while in the area for a conference. I was the only person in line. The staff, while trying to be friendly, would not stop bugging me as I read the menu. At first it seemed friendly, but then it just felt patronizing. I simply do not go to Starbucks often, there is a big menu, and I did not know what to get. Again, I was the only person in line. There was no reason to keep rushing me. Eventually, I ended up ordering a normal coffee, which was awful. I was at an event at a nearby hotel and ended up throwing away the Starbucks coffee and getting a cup of the free stuff they were giving away at the event and was much happier with it. The sandwich was awful. It tasted like microwaved bread. It was chewy, and mostly flavorless. One more thing, a point of irony, I won a Starbucks gift card at the event I was at. I will probably just regift it. This place is not good. Other than the PSL in fall time, I don't get it.
I went here yesterday for a coffee and a sandwich. I ordered a mocha and drove back to my office and discovered that I received a chai instead. Since I now had wasted my 15 minute break to go and receive the wrong order I waited to bring it back an hour and a half later. I told them what happened and they asked if I drank any of it! Then they told me that they could exchange it for the right order but only this time...... A cup of coffee at starbucks is like an investment anymore with their high prices so I have decided that I won't be going back which is too bad because it was the closest one to my office.
I used to come here to study, but I decided to stop coming to this location because of petty treatment, and my last experience a few months ago. One of the male baristas, Izzy, or IZ or something was very off-putting in his customer service and how he speaks of customers and his coworkers, rather loudly. He would shout "you're welcome" in a sarcastic tone at customers who didn't engage with him, and say things about customers as soon as he closed the drive thru window. It was very distracting to hear him speaking badly about his coworkers and customers while I was trying to study, and it made me not want to come back.
I ordered a cortado, they charged me for a grande latte, and then gave me a short latte. So literally nothing I asked for AND I overpaid. The lady at the window was so nice but they did not hear a word I said
I'm not a Starbucks guy. Only on occasion. I had a medium latte and a slice of banana nut bread for 10 bucks. Yikes! Coffee was good, but the banana nut bead was not that good.
I have to shout Riley (spelling?) She helped me out yesterday with an online order after waiting for a bit - they were very busy, she had irritated customers, long wait times and she was making drinks like a pro and handling everyone with compassion and kindness. I asked for her name so I could give a review and let yall know how awesome she is too!
