KAMI TERIYAKI + O MY CHICKEN

I’ve been to this restaurant many times before, and I have to say the food itself usually tastes quite good. However, last week while I was waiting for my order, I happened to glance toward the kitchen. Although the upper part was covered by a curtain, I could still see part of the preparation area. I saw a cook handling ingredients with bare hands, then wiping his hand on his pants, and immediately using the same hand to grab another ingredient. It honestly shocked me. I was already very hungry, so I still ate the food, but the experience completely changed how I felt about it. What used to taste good suddenly had no flavor at all once I saw that. Food safety and hygiene really matter, and I hope the restaurant takes this seriously and improves their kitchen practices.

I always love coming to this place because they always have great portion sizes and excellent customer service. I am a frequent customer and in my opinion one of the best teriyaki places in the area!! One of the many things I love eat here is the Korean fried chicken which is only available during dinner time it doesn’t need sauce to make it taste amazing but when you have it with the sauce it elevates the flavor more and each time I order anything from the menu, you can tell everything is fresh and piping hot when you get it! This business deserves more than 5 stars in my opinion and I recommend this place to all my customers at my place of work. 10/10 in my book!

I used to eat lunch here quite often. It's been years since I have eaten here and thought I'd try it since I was back in the area. The food was very expensive and not that great. The teriyaki sauce is way too sweet, and they drown the food in it. The side salad was lettuce with a few slivers of carrot. The salad dressing is blah. The inside of the restaraunt is dirty. They have a water station with a nasty table cloth on display. The staff is friendly and efficient. I will not be coming back.

One of the best teriyaki places in the area. I drive by a few others to get here because it’s just a little bit better. Portions are big and there’s lots of sauce included. The salad is great too.

Taste is still there but the prices have gone up since last month, lunch special is now over $12 with tax. —— I’ve been there a couple of times already and loved the food and service every time. This time I got the lunch special combo chicken teriyaki and general tso’s which was tasty and a good amount of food for under $10. The restaurant is clean and they pay attention to deal, for example the lady at the register always wipes the credit card used with a clean wipe before she hands it back to me which is nice to see these days. ——- We got the spicy and the regular teriyaki chicken to go which come with rice, salad and a fortune cookie. We liked the food and the portion was large enough.

I got the chicken katsu. It was crispy and the oil was really clean! They also gave me a ton of rice and salad. if you’re wondering from the picture, I got no dressing and turned the chicken over a little bit but otherwise that’s what you’ll get if you order here. I brought my own garlic sauce from teriyaki bistro in issaquah which may be tacky but it took the meal from a 10/10 to a 13/10 🤤

First time in … gyoza were hot and tasty and the sauce is as expected; the spicy chicken teriyaki was cooked perfectly and the sauce is excellent! We’ll be back.
