DERU

Food was amazing. I had the eggs Benedict and it has become my favorite. Flavors are slightly different than the typical eggs benny, but all the flavors went well together. The scramble was so creamy and buttery and so delicious. Lattes are served in a wide cup that it looks like a bowl, but the caramel latte was very well made. The berry bostock was delightful with the almond flavor, but would have been even better warmed up. I think next time, I'll bring one home and heat it up. Brought home a pear brioche (delicious!), black & white muffin (husband loved it) and a huge slice of salted peanut butter chocolate cake (huge hit in my house!). We will be back for more. We saw a pizza being served and it looked incredible.

We enjoyed our brunch at Deru with the rest of the family. The menu features modern American dishes with generous portions. I loved the Salted Caramel Latte and the Market Breakfast I ordered—we couldn’t even finish everything. The staff were very friendly, and the place was already packed around 11:00 AM. Making a reservation is highly recommended, especially on weekends.

Warm, friendly staff and impressively fast service. The food tastes incredibly fresh- truly farm-to-table- and the ambience is super lively. My favorite was the hummus, every ingredient was perfectly crunchy and fresh, and I loved the little pops of pomegranate.

Finally made it to DERU and it did not disappoint. The place has a fun atmosphere with a cozy patio that’s perfect for hanging out. Our servers were genuinely warm and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The yam fries and garlic knots were instant favorites, and the pizzas tasted fresh with great ingredients. The mushroom pizza leaned a bit heavy on garlic, I personally would’ve loved a little more goat cheese to balance it out. And the cake… wow. The slice was huge and absolutely decadent. We had such a great time and are already looking forward to coming back to explore more from the menu.

Amazing! Worth a detour and a 1 hour wait! The service was top tier, matched by the food and drinks! Sandwich was perfect, and I have never had a hot chocolate like this before. I wish I could frequent this place - what a special place!

Holy WHAT!! Guys guys guys I got lucky enough to make itjust in time for the Sandwich cut off time (4:30pm) and managed to get theirpastrami and I am BLOWN AWAY!! I love love love Deru, some things are hit and miss and yeah I kinda miss the old service that wasn’t done through a tablet (only because man their people are great servers and know what theyr’re doing) BUT BUT BUT I will gladly retract all of that because holy moly what is this gloriousness that is this pastrami sandwich!! OMG and I had to get a coffee cake and oooffffI had to be rolled home cuz of course I had to also get their fries and oh wowI want to gatekeep so much but it is against my foodie heart do guys please gohave fun, give these guys some love, don’t forget they have amazing pastries, I’m looking at you always sold out cinnamon roll. I’LL BE BACK

💰 Price: A little pricey for casual dining, but worth it for the quality and size. 👥 Crowd: Always busy, especially at dinner, so expect a bit of a wait. 🌳 Atmosphere: Cozy, rustic-modern vibe, though it can feel crowded when full. 🚗 Transportation: Small parking lot that fills quickly, but you can usually find street parking nearby. 🤝 Service: Friendly, quick, and the food always comes out fresh.
