I just received some amazing customer service. The lady at window was friendly, personable and pleasant and the service was fast! Exceptional team. You guys are doing a great job over there !

The drive through line was long but they moved it along at a good pace. I ordered the white chocolate peppermint latte and they topped it with whipped cream and chocolate shavings which my local Starbucks does not do. They were very nice and communicated about the timing of my order. 😀

Ordered mobile and pick up was 10:56. One bar was down so I understood waiting some extra time. I watched people come and go so I got up and asked about my drink. Barista half heartedly searched and said the other station probably had my order mixed in. I waited several more minutes and went directly to the other bar seeing she hadn’t worked on a hot drink since I was last at the counter. She searched and grabbed my drink which had been sitting behind the counter since the last time I walked up. No apologies for the delay just justification saying it hadn’t been sitting long.

Not sure why everyone gives this Starbucks such a bad review! I have been going here for over 7 months, at least 2-3x/week. When it’s peak hours, the employees do their best to make drinks and get them as fast as possible. They always check names of people standing around for mobile orders and make sure to update you on progress of order. They’ve also been incredibly kind when I’ve ordered at the wrong Starbucks and they’ve remade my drink for me! Everyone here is super friendly and kind! Keep up the good work! I appreciate you!

I have no idea who was working today, but the coffee is amazing. Everyone enjoyed their coffee, even with people who don’t like new things they loved it! Very thankful for the service I got today!

Very friendly staff and fresh food. Coffee is fast and good. Drive thru is also fast. Inside has some great seating woth booth seating and table seating.

Staff was great, drink was awesome. Unfortunately the tall guy with long blonde hair who was on an iPad doing some type of inventory? needs to learn to speak to his employees, very rude, literally put a show on for all the customers to see his terrible attitude and customer service skills. Disgusting behavior to talk to people this way especially infront of others.
