Edit: I have added a perfect strip loin from rouses.....The picture shown is exactly how it came, not how it was cut. Im a chef and been doing this 14 years. I got 2 from rouses the next day same price and they were perfect. This was very very poor quality meat and ill never come back. I got a whole strip loin and the price was manageable at $160. I was excited and get home to find this was the worst cut of meat I've ever come across. It was in 3 sections that were 85% fat and tendons. I got 6 steaks from the entire thing and they were the size of my hand. I was so excited when I found this place and thought finally a place with good meat and I dont have to go to walmart or rouses anymore. Sadly I was wrong.

This place is absolutely phenomenal. Impeccably clean and wonderful atmosphere. The selection of fresh meat is superb and everything is beautifully displayed. I went for lunch with my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the pot roast sandwich which I've been dreaming about ever since I left, and will be going back today for another one. She ordered the chicken wings and they were delicious as well along with the macaroni and cheese. My sandwich came with house-made chips, which were fresh cut and fried in-house with a delightful seasoning. There's a wonderful selection of fresh jellies, jams and honey along with many other things they sell including soups in the back refrigerator and prepackaged dinner options. The name cards they give you are hilarious and we thoroughly had a laugh over that. Highly recommend 10 out of 10!!! I wanted to try everything on the menu but the pot roast sandwich is one of my favorite things in the world and it did not let me down, not one bit. One thing that stood out to me the most was the friendliness of the staff. In a world where customer service is lacking this place picked up all of the slack and delivered. If you're smart you will take your people to Johnny Pizmo's.

This place has a wonderful selection of meat, beautiful steaks, pork, thick, sliced bacon, and many extras that should excite the taste buds. They also have a café that serves meals. I think every day but maybe not. I come here quite a lot like the place can’t have no complaints.

go here for steaks and premade game day food like chili, gumbo, red beans, stuff japs and more...but those steaks and the slow low cooked doggie bones. My dog knows she hit the jackpot when I come home with one of these. See this photo - she's got it hidden and she's not moving until she can get it to a safer spot...but back to those steaks and tenderloin chili to die for. Go get you some! You're welcome.

Best food I have ever had in my life. The taste is beyond words. The tallow chips with the seasoning omg....and the owner is such a great person. I had a hamburger that was the best. If you haven't been here for lunch you are missing out. Got the begneits and the spiced molasses reminded me of my grandma's molasses cookies.

First time here had the brisket grilled cheese sandwich. Excellent!. They also have beef bacon that I'm looking forward to trying.

My Daughter in love, has been telling us about this place. My sister & I stopped in for lunch today!!! Let me tell y'all it DID NOT Disappoint!!!! She has the Philly smash burger with their tallow chips. I had their Thursday lunch special. It was all so delicious 😋! Service was top notch as well!!!
