Update: management sent me a msg saying they reviewed surveillance and confirmed the trainee made a mistake and refunded me immediately without asking. Appreciate the immediate response and dedication to customer service. Clearly says 50% ice and they filled the ice to the brim. I barely got 4 sips before it was only ice left...

I got a large almond tea with boba here! The store front was very trendy and had acrylic shields up between us and the employees, I was glad to see the covid precautions. The cashier who helped us was upbeat and friendly. I liked that you could really customize your drink with ice level, sugar level, and toppings. I felt like the flavor of my tea was good, not too unnatural or cloying at all. The boba was perfect, not undercooked or too chewy. I thought the prices were reasonable too. I would totally go back and try more flavors! I really liked my visit.

BobaPop is a must-visit for anyone seeking a refreshing and delicious boba tea experience. Semi automated user friendly service. It’s very popular with many kids in the area.

Great bubble tea and friendly service. They give out free samples to taste every once in a while. Their grapefruit guava slush is my current favorite, highly recommend with added boba. I'd love to see more sour-sweet options on the drink menu in the future.

I ordered online a Raspberry Green Fruit Tea, with boba and lychee, like I normally do. I asked for 0% ice and medium. When I picked up my order, it did NOT look like a medium, had ice in it and no fruit. Germantown is better.

A solid spot to get boba; nothing fancy, but very reliable. Lots of flavors and toppings to choose from and all the typical customizations. They also have a decent variety of caffeine free options. The tea itself is generally decent, and the bubbles are consistent, though on the softer side. We usually order online to pick up. Our boba is always ready on time, and the people who work there are always super friendly and helpful. Ordering in person works too. Either way, you don’t have long wait times. They have hand sanitizer everywhere and plexiglass separating customer from server and all the servers wear masks, so it always feels safe.

Love BobaPop! This store is small, but it’s packed with flavors! Great service too! Grapefruit guava tea is my favorite. It is highly recommended to add an extra lemon shot to the drink. It’s the best! I also love their freshly brewed teas too! They are all good! All of their milk teas are great too! Taro milk tea and Thai tea are my favorites. Street parking can be tricky, but the lot behind the store is always open.
