True North Coffee Cafe Inc

Had no idea about this place. It was hoping at 10:30 am! The barista ringing us up was personable, had a good sense of humor, got us a chair when there were none available, didn't charge us for the extra donut that we had ordered after the fact. Coffee and espresso was great. Chai Latte was superb, Apple Cider Donut was fantastic. Food tasted fresh. Tables clean, food covers all around.

They have a great coffee but the food is not that great. We ordered an egg and cheese sandwich and that was the sadest i have ever had, with a little egg placed in two huge slices of bread with some cheese somewhere. So just enjoy coffee folks!

The Sweet Heat is the greatest gift to mankind. God himself couldn't have crafted a more perfect breakfast sandwich. I have one every single morning in the event that if my life gets cut shorter than expected; then I'd have left this Earth riding the highest of highs. Everything else they offer here is pretty good too 👍

The best coffee in town! They brew their own flavors none of that pump flavor unless you ask for them. Great food and amazing staff from the owner on down. I have never had a bad experience at True North!

True North has been for many years now a truly welcoming place with excellent drinks, sandwiches, and baked goods. I am proud to tell friends and acquaintances about it.

as someone who is a manager at a cafe, it’s upsetting going somewhere where the coffee and food is good but the customer service is lacking. i’m from out of state and found this cafe and have been coming in here for the last few days during a work trip with my dog in a carrier and no one has said a thing. i would rather not leave him in the car in a state we are both not familiar with so i carry him in a carrier. i stood in line for a good 3-5 minutes with no one speaking up until it was my turn to order and the young girl said VERY loudly "you can’t have your dog in here." i asked if i could zip him in the bag she said no so i asked if i could just order and leave the store while my order is being prepared and she said i could order on the app. i’m not downloading an app that’s exclusive to a cafe in Massachusetts when i am not from here… once again, i was in line for a good 3-5 minutes so what is 30 seconds for me to order, pay, wait outside and leave. at that point, people in the cafe were looking over at the interaction and i didn’t want the coffee that bad so i left and went somewhere else. i totally understand not allowing animals but once again, no one said anything initially after i waited in line for someone else to order OR my other visits. there’s also NO need to be as loud as that girl was. maybe use an inside voice and politely let me know instead of turning heads. so silly and unfortunate!

Stopped by to get some work done e on my laptop. The atmosphere was loud and busy throughout whole time I was there, but I really liked it. Just got a coffee but they have free refills for hot coffee.
