Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ

First time here. Loved every bit of the experience. Our Server, Kayla was great. The warmth radiating from the grill was most definitely welcomed in this Massachusetts wintery day. Everything we ordered was delicious. Meat was very tender. The chilli mayo fried shrimp is a must.

Meet was good quality. Meat cuts great. Grill was great. Only reason I gave 4 starts is because shrimps were salty and limited sauce options-although their meat was marinated and we did not try all sauce they have to buy at additional cost. Great ambience. Would definitely recommend it.

First time and it was awesome !! Judah was able to move some things around and got us a table quickly which was gratefully appreciated. Darren was our our server and explained everything to us us feel comfortable with our choices. He gave us some great suggestions and checked on us constantly. We will definitely be back! Ask for Darren!!

This was our first time here and we highly recommend it! Our server, Kai, was absolutely fantastic — attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He walked us through how everything worked, offered excellent recommendations, and made sure our table had everything we needed throughout the meal. Kai struck the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back. 11/10

We just had an awesome dinner at Gyu-Kaku BBQ Burlington tonight, and I just have to shout out our server, Tiana, for making the whole experience even better. she was attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful — answering our questions, giving our recommendations, checking in at just the right times, and making sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. The food was delicious — fresh meats, great marinades (can be lighter), and sides that hit the spot. Will definitely comeback more often!

Such a fun experience!! We were fortunate enough to have Pichanny as our server and she was a great host, patient, fun, and helped us make this dinner a journey of tastes and good times!! Highly recommend if you want to spice up a night out!!

This was our first time here and we highly recommend. Food is super good. Such a fun experience with super friendly service. Ash was our server and was super helpful telling us how everything worked with excellent recommendations. I wasn't going to try the spicy sauce but Ash let me know it wasn't too spicy and was actually more sweet. Helped me be adventurous. Definitely follow recommendations of the servers. 11/10 experience
