It’s a solid spot. The cuts of meat are pretty tender and plenty flavorful. The cold noodles were very good and the pancake was also very filling. I do agree with the other reviews though as the portion sizes left something to be desired. The service itself was decent although they cook it for you and at one point they were so busy they left the food cooking until it burnt. I don’t really blame them, but it’s just something to note. Overall though, it’s pretty good food and it’s a nice kbbq experience with friends.

New Jang Su is a Korean BBQ restaurant hidden away in a mini mall area in Burlington. We came here for dinner, and the staff were quite friendly and welcoming. There was a lot of people in the restaurant, so service could've been slow at times, but overall it was moving quite fast and responded as soon as possible. As for the atmosphere, one thing that was kind of odd was the presence of the kitchen within view of the seating area, which didn't really bother us but did make it sometimes smoky in the area, even with the fans. The food was good. I enjoyed the korean bbq we got. They cooked in tinfoil on top of the grill, I'm not entirely sure why but probably because of grease is my best guess. The banchan was good, and they had good lettuce to use for meat wraps, probably the best lettuce I've seen used. The prices can tend to be a bit on the expensive side, especially when compared to AYCE places. Overall, its a good place to try.

Came with a small group of three and ended up eating a lot more than I expected! We had the pork belly and chicken, and all the meat was really well made! Staff was attentive and even patient when we weren't so sure what to choose. Will be coming back in the future!

The BBQ was good. I wish they offered some sauce to go with beef that wasn't seasoned at all. Authentic korean food for sure. My suggestion would be you definitely should hire someone to clean the floors, bathrooms and walls that has food splatters all over the walls. Also, This is the first experience about BBQ i have where I pretty much wasn't allowed to cook myself. The tongs were constantly being taken away from me without explanation. I wasn't allowed to flip the meat Lol. We weren't offered drinks either. Later I realized they have a method of cooking which I wish I knew earlier so I wouldn't be so embarrassed 😅 in front of my boyfriend whom I bragged so much about Korean food and it was his first time having it. I asked him how his Korean food experience was, he said it is 6/10.

Excellent Korean BBQ restaurant! Food is really delicious, Service is 5 star, they cook the food for you and check on you from time to time, they grill meats to perfection, the sides are incredible, atmosphere is so homie and very inviting, staff are incredibly nice. Highly recommended specially to my fellow filipinos out there, you need to check this korean restaurant. Long drive was worth it.

DO NOT COME HERE TO EAT, thank you. The other bad reviews were all right. To be honest, not trying to be racist or anything but from my observation they only treat their Korean customers nice. As soon as I came to the restaurant, I spoke English saying to we have three people. but for some reason the man kept saying Korean to us but obviously I don’t speak Korean and I also not Korean. I think the restaurant is run by a family. The mom compared to the others was nice. The dad was rude and he was the one serving us. He overcooked the meat and we were trying to close the fire but he got annoyed us doing that. The meat portion was tiny and it is very over expensive compared to the portion it has. We only got a small bowl of lettuce and when asked for another small portion of white radish, kimchi, and lettuce they charged each an extra $2. The son of the family (probably the cashier) gave us the check without we asked for it. We only just finished the food and started enjoy the hot tea while talking, here goes the bill check. We neither asked for it nor making any kind of comment saying we were ready to leave. When I was filling the check for the tip, the son came over saying that "if you are not leaving then I have to make you guys sit at the empty tables." I know the place is getting busier but there is obviously other empty tables. I have never seen a restaurant like this making their customers leave. Don’t come here.

Mom and pop Korean restaurant hide out in the suburb of Boston, Woburn. If not for friends live nearby, I would have continue to miss this gem. Unnoticeable from the outside, as one walks in, one can immediately feel the authenticity of the restaurant from the smell, simple decor and family staff. Very busy on a Saturday night, recommend making a reservation ahead of time. Ordered four meat dishes, two soups, one bibimbop and a cold noodle soup for five people to share. Short rib and bulgugi were marinate down to the bone, very tender just after just 30 seconds on the grill. The grill has a layer of charcoal to add some flavor to the meat, a unique feature from this restaurant. The Sul long tang soup was also a highlight from the restaurant. The soup itself was bland so they will give you salt and green onion to add in, refreshing taste from the soup and the beef in the soup literally melts in one’s mouth. A must order. Other dishes were also better than other K-restaurants in town. Mom and pop service was very warm despite being very busy. Definitely a must visit!!!
