KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

Good value and tasty food. Went there twice and enjoyed it both times. The selection of items are great and the add-on to do both KBBQ and hotpot together is great.

Partook in a grast dining experience with my Hubby for our Anniversary dinner. Everything was just fantastic. Well prepared cuts for both the hot pot and Korean BBQ. Our waiter Roger was a helpful delight. Only issue is the table layout with all the fixings and cooking surfaces it felt a little awkward and cramped. Definitely looking forward to visiting again.

We had about a 20 minute wait which wasn't bad for a Saturday night. We opted for the BBQ. Food was fresh and constantly replenished. A nice variety as well. We went hungry and left full! We'll definitely be going back for both the BBQ & Hot pot!

The food was outstanding! We had the Korean BBQ way of cooking. There is also the Hot Pot style where you cook your food in different broths. There are 8 different ones to choose from. There are lots of already made sauces or there are recipes above them where they tell you how you can make other ones or be adventurous and make your own. We picked the Bulgogi Beef and Chicken, Kalbi, Prawns, Shrimp, Pork Belly, Garlic Chicken, Beef Tongue, Hangar Steak, Sweet Potatoes, Potatoes, Zucchini, Eggplant, onions, peppers, mushrooms, Kimchi, pumpkin, all of which you cook yourself on a round grill plate. They ask if you want a clean grill plate after you've done quite a bit of cooking so that you don't have to have a lot of char in your food. You can eat as much as you want but there is a time limit of around 2 hours and there is a charge if you can't eat all of your food so don't get more than you can eat.

So today me and my girlfriend decided on getting some Korean bbq ,1 because we love the different varieties of meats ,nd 2 because we can cook it ourselves while enjoying ourselves .The food wasn’t the problem here ,the problem was the server assigned to us . First things first we asked for oil & butter nd she dropped the butter all over the floor. Very unprofessional,while everyone makes mistakes I tried to have some sympathy for her considering it might not have her best day BUT her poor actions kept on.i asked for a refill on me nd my partners water i specifically said "can i get a refill on OUR waters " she came back with only water for me nd not for my gf .While we were picking out our meets nd veggies we got confused w the KPOT sections nd got some veggies for our meets from there (we didn’t know if u only got bbq u couldn’t do the kpot) we sat down cooked most of our meats nd used up most the veggies .The server comes back to our table nd says she has to take our plate away bc it wasn’t wat we paid for which was understandable but weird bc we was using it ,there was barley any on the plate nd she was js gonna throw it out anyways ,she could’ve js gave us a warning or something but decided to js take the plate away . We also needed help turning on our stove bc it turned off nd when we asked one of the servers she js looked at us at if we was dumb not saying anything then had someone else attend to us idk if she was homophobic or wat but her attitude nd energy was js weird nd rude .FOOD WAS GREAT THO

Good food and my first time we had great service, but the second time was the worst service I've experienced in a restaurant. Waitress was entirely inattentive, didn't fill our drinks once and when we finally flagged her down for a refill an hour into our meal she said they were out of water. We waited 15 minutes after finishing and after no sight of her, I asked somebody else if we would be able to finally pay our bill. She showed up eventually and seemed annoyed to even let us pay. If they were busy I would have more understanding, but there were maybe 8 tables active in the restaurant at the time. The single worst service experience I've had and I don't expect much.

Food is always fresh, plentiful and TASTY! Big shout out to [Jessie and Sebastian] our servers…they were fun, attentive, accommodating, efficient, professional and FUN to be with. Top Notch customer service!
