Clowndog Hot Dog Parlor

First let’s talk about how cute this place is. It’s super casual with a fun clown vibe through the restaurant. The bartender greeted us right away with a warm smile and took great care of us. I’ve been here a couple of times before but couldn’t wait to bring our niece and her husband who are here from Seattle. We all loved our hot dogs! They were delicious. I really liked the variety of choices and how you can also build your own hot dogs. Highly recommend!

I stopped in here last Sunday for lunch. A cool neighborhood restaurant/pub. I was able to catch some football games on their TVs while I had lunch. A good list of Local beers on tap and cans. I ordered a Chicago Dog with a bratwurst & Elote Dog with a beef hotdog with a side of onion rings. Both unique flavors in the Dogs themselves. Definitely want to come back and try a couple of other dogs or combinations.

I really have no idea why this place is popular or why it has such a high rating. Our soda wasn’t sweet because they had run out of the syrup in the machine, the table hadn’t been wiped down, the fries had an odd flavor to them, and the bratwurst I got was completely, utterly devoid of taste. This dive isn’t fun and interesting; it’s kitsch fair food. I won’t go back, nor will my dining companion.

This place is AMAZING! The atmosphere is chill and down to earth with some of the best people working there. The owner maintains a significant presence in daily operations, fostering positive interactions with customers, a practice that is becoming rare in the current business environment. The decorations are AMAZING! This is our date night go-to for over a year and I think I've spotted something different Every Single Time. They also happen to have the best lemonade ever and multiple great choices for adult beverages ranging from wine, cider, beer, and teas. Don't get me started on the menu, it's something you need to see to believe and taste to experience. 17 out of 10 HIGHLY recommend! 🥂🌭🤡

Fun place for a brat or hot dog with plenty of sides to choose from. Decent beer list. The customer service is great. Decor is all circus posters and clowns. Good food at reasonable prices.

Clown/circus themed place with a choose your own adventure type of menu including hot dogs, frito pie, bratwursts, and fries or tots as menu options. You can stick to classic toppings or get more unconventional ones like fruit loops. We’ve done both and it’s been good almost every time! The only complaint would be the food quality consistency. Most of the time it’s great but there have been a few times in which the items have been made more carelessly. Friendly staff though and plenty of seating options as wells as a bar top and TVs.

Fun place with the best house-made vegetarian dog! You can customize your own dog or choose from fun options. Great beer selection as well and helpful staff.
