Walking in you are automatically greeted with a warm smile, calm atmosphere, and peaceful setting. The store is clean, organized, and easy to navigate.

I'm so sad that Seagull Books closed because the prices at Deseret book are too high for most things.

My daughter was getting baptized and I wanted to find a set of scriptures for her. They had cute colored quad sets for around $80 instead of over $200 on other online sites. I ended up getting two sets, pink and a light blue for both my daughters. They engraved their names on them for me and made it a very smooth efficient process. I ended up picking up new CTR rings and a new Book of Mormon Stories as well! Staff was polite, helpful, and kind!

The employees were all very friendly and helpful.

We don't have a store where we live in San Antonio TX. The closest one is 3 hours away. We were visiting family in Utah and wanted to get some baptism gifts for a 21 year old convert in our ward. It's a huge store. I could have spent hours in there! Unfortunately my husband wanted to hurry. The prices are high and I was disappointed that there were no discount coupons. We usually get one a month for 20-25% off but not for November. Y'all need to put a store in central Texas. We've had a temple in San Antonio since 2005 and there's one under construction in Austin. I'm not going to drive 3+ hours to Houston or 5+ hours to Dallas to a store and I hate paying shipping on top of the high prices.
