Santa Rosa Junior College Bookstore

The salon uses fresh gloves and sanitized equipment for every client – this is exactly what this good nail should be.

Great college, great and caring people who work there.

All the various items one needs for their JC needs. Staffed with awesome people.

Pretty good place to get school supplies and deals on Mac and windows computers too. I’d say everything you need is there. The cafeteria nearby is pretty good.

A little expensive (which isn't unusual for colleges), but the people whom work there are a treat.

I went into the bookstore to pick up my daughter's book for her. I just got off work and drove straight there because they close at 3 pm. My daughter called ahead of time to make sure the book was there. When I walked in, I was greeted very nicely by a young gentleman who proceeded to help me. He couldn't find the book after looking for 5 minutes. He then went to the computer, looked it up, and replied, "were all out and said the instructor didn't order any." I went home. My daughter texted me! " Did you get the book?" I told her what happened, she said," they told me they had the book, " then proceeded in calling them back. She texted me back and said, " I just spoke with Patricia, and she said they have a lot of the book in stock and that she will hold one at the front counter for her. I drove back to the bookstore again for the book. This time, it was there. Patricia was very nice and knew the products well. The three stars are for the friendly staff, but they are very disorganized. The isles don't have titles for the different departments, and the staff can use more training.

Theres never any accurate hours posted, and every single site says something different. You can call but the prompt for store hours is from the previous semester. They never answer the phone, nor do they return phone calls like their prompt indicates. I dread when Professors have us deal with the SRJC bookstore as this is constantly an issue.
