Barnes & Noble

I'm a local author, and they were so kind to me when I asked about hosting a book signing there. As a debut author, it can be intimidating to approach bookstores about selling your book with them. But they were very welcoming! The store is very neat and organized, and I love the high ceilings and bright windows. The staff is intelligent and hard working. I'm so happy to have a Barnes & Noble near me!

This Barnes & Noble is amazing huge, bright, and easy to get lost in on purpose. The two-story layout makes it feel like a real book lover’s playground, with endless shelves, comfy spots to browse, and a calm atmosphere. It’s the kind of store where you walk in for one book and walk out an hour later with a stack you didn’t plan on buying.

So many wonderful books. We went to get a pocket Bible. Got one and a regular size one. For twenty dollars a Bible you can't go wrong.

i ordered two albums from their website for pickup, katseye soft is strong and beautiful chaos.. me and my mom went to go pick them up a bit earlier, but sadly someone had got them while we were ordering. hayley was super sweet and helped us very very much ! she let me pick out the versions and everything 🙂 the other cashier we checked out with was also super sweet and apologetic about it. i think the managers name was stevie if im remembering correctly 🙂 ive never had a bad experience with the staff at this place and it always makes me want to come back

Great selection but the cashier was rude on 9/29. As i was walking around the massive pile of dumpfiller keychain impulse buys they put infront of the register. I started to walk right around it instead of left and the cashier started panicking and yelled at me "your walking towards the exit." Like how dare you!!! I’m not shoplifting bro, DO NOT, yell at me. I just looked at you and now i’m walking up to the desk in the shortest path while following my girlfriend. Like calm down and check the guy in front of me out so i can get away from you. Absolutely hilarious tho but just really odd too and just really bothers me when folks yell at me. Then he was really awkward while checking us out, I asking him if the decline had worked, as he entered my info wrong and he said "no i have to do it" what do you mean i’m asking if the decline i pushed worked since your point of sale system has no visual or audible feedback. He just kept repeating it. "I have to do it" until Very strange interaction i’m wondering now maybe there was something up with him. Anyway it was really unpleasant to be yelled at while i’m sick just trying to buy a cute notebook for my girlfriend.

I have to order books for class. I always order from Barnes and Noble. The bookstore brightens our town. Santa Rosa is blessed with bookstores. Thank you for always making shopping for books easy. Support local businesses especially bookstores.

Amazing bookstore! Huge selection, super knowledgeable and helpful staff. I have been coming here for decades, and am so happy they are still in business! One of the few bookstores you can find in real-time ☺️
