Hello Shabu

This place was pretty neat never had a make your own broth place it was nice they have all you can think of for your soup. Lots of noodles, veggies, and all you can eat fresh meats! They have plenty of sauces to choose from or you can make your own. The meat and veggies were delicious, but I have to say the crab want all that great, and the mussels had bits of im assuming was sand. They should wash those out better!. Also they have this little robot that brings you your fresh meat its was very kind. Drinks were self served and free refills they even had a soft served ice cream machine. Everything is all you can eat so bring a empty stomach.

This place is so interesting! The robot servers are a fun addition to this bright, clean atmosphere. The variety of meats, veggies, noodles and seasonings is amazing! Unique items like quail eggs, octopus and various shrooms can be found at the food bar. I'm not a hot pot fanatic but this place converted me! 10/10!

This is our 3 time here and we are hooked. This is our favorite place to eat! It does fall on the pricey side, but for two people going on a date, it's perfect! The food is always fresh! The way you can customize to your hearts desire is unlimited! I can't say enough great things about this place. The only down side is it can get crammed in here on some days. If your child doesn't eat a lot, then this would be pricey for you because they do charge like $30 per person. It's a great price for what you get, but if you have a little that doesn't eat much, then I would save this for a date night. We will be back and we ALWAYS recommend this place to everyone we know. Go try it!

My friend and I met here for business lunch a few days ago to check it out and we were not disappointed!!! The meat choices, seafood and vegetables were very fresh. The robot delivering the meat was interesting and to us it added flare to the dining experience. The service personnel were polite, cheerful and very helpful. In addition to good food, the place was clean !! We will certainly visit this restaurant again!

We used to really enjoy this place but now the pricing is getting ridiculous. For me, my husband and our 3 kids it comes out to over $200 because if this mandatory 13% gratuity they tack on. Bad enough at first they were charging my 10 year olds as adults because they’re tall, now they tacked on the 13% gratuity for a place where we LITERALLY get our own food and our own drinks. It’s truly not worth the money. Sorry hello shabu but you’ve lost us as customers now.

There was a fly on our meat. The kind server said said they leave the meat out after 8 which explains why we had fly eggs in the crevice of one of the meats we chose. We left right then and there. Good place but severely unsanitary.

My most favorite shabu place in Southern California! You may customize your own soup, and best quality meat and fresh veggies! I can recommend to anyone! And can’t forget to say that all servers are just awesome!!! Try it for sure! I guarantee it!
