Memorable Memorial Day at the Korean American Culture Center in San Antonio! Had a fantastic time learning to play Korean traditional instruments. The experience was enriching, and the center provides a great opportunity to explore and appreciate Korean cultural heritage. Highly recommend for anyone interested in a unique and educational experience!

I’ve been taking KACCSA classes for a year and I’ve gone from knowing nothing to now holding a conversation in Korean. The teachers are very nice and want the best for you in your Korean learning journey. And not only do they have Korean language classes they have a reading club, cooking classes, dancing classes, and other fun courses to take. Highly recommend KACCSA to anyone who wants to start or further their Korean language skills. 🙂

KACCSA Basic Hangeul Class was an amazing experience. I was in a class with amazing people that love the korean culture and wanted to learn more. My teacher was amazing she was there always to help and reassure any question I or any of my classmates had. Would definitely joining level 1 to continue.

I have taken three 8 weeks courses and I love it. I have learned so much and feel a little bit of confidence with every class. I can read Korean and I am working on becoming fluent….eventually. They have all types of classes to learn about the language, culture, martial arts, fitness, and food. My teachers have been great. I just finished level 2. The teacher teaching that class was amazing. Take a class here…you will not regret it. It very affordable l. You won’t find another program here like it.

I never would have thought that I’d be able to learn an entirely new alphabet, but that’s what I did in eight weeks with KACCSA. I took the Basic Hangeul class offered through Zoom, and it was a great experience. We had a great teacher, a native Korean speaker who taught us well along with two incredibly enthusiastic teaching assistants. The pacing was perfect, and there was just enough homework and quizzes to make sure we kept up with the material. I would definitely take another class with KACCSA, and I’d recommend anyone interesting in learning Korean to look here first.

I would highly recommend taking Korean classes at the KACCSA. I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to take level 1 and 2 virtually from Houston. My Korean language skills have improved so much. The teachers have really made an effort to make sure students get to where they want to be in their Korean language learning journey. Level 1 and 2 have weekly assignments, quizzes, and meetings with speaking partners from class. It's very interactive and expect to participate. I absolutely loved my experience!

I took a Korean language class with KACCSA last semester. I loved many things about my 한국어 Level 1 class but the main thing was our amazing 선생님! Mrs. Casey Lee is very kind, fun, knowledgeable and concerned with the learning of her students! I greatly enjoyed meeting and learning from her! 🙂 I also liked the I Love Korean curriculum books from Seoul National University; it is designed in a way to help with immersion in the language early on. The pace was fast through the vocabulary and grammar, but it didn't feel overwhelming. I liked the out of class projects like meeting in groups to talk, connecting on Ktalk and the use of other technologies like Jamboard to help us make sentences. I feel well prepared to start Korean 2! 감사합니다, KACCSA!
