Barnes & Noble is a well-stocked bookstore. 📚 The floor attendants are very helpful and customer oriented. I left a star out due to only having two cashiers. One is always inevitably busy with a lengthy checkout which makes for a looooong checkout time.
Love coming here! Wish there was one in Odessa too.
Nice store. But they should have people that know about what kind of books they sell. The girl at the counter couldn’t even tell me what section to look for a certain kind of book. I was looking for anything about home remedies and she couldn’t even tell me where to look.
Customer service was great ordering my book series to be shipped to their store. But when I went to call to see if they had it 2 days ago, lady had an attitude. Cool. Whatever. Showed up today to pick up my book because I found out it came in today, the girl I talked to was super nice. I drive 40 minutes to get there, she puts the boxed set in the bag, I thought it was kinda weird she didn’t let me see it first. Once I got in the car I excitedly pulled it out the bag just to see that it was damaged. I spent half a hundred dollars, wasted 40 minutes of gas to be sold a messed up box set that I waited a week for. Worst part is, why would you try and hide it instead of letting me know?? or atleast sell it to me with a discount. :/ I did return it and get my money back.
I can only go to Barnes & Noble with cash in my pocket. I have just enough self control to keep myself from rolling around in the aisles and kicking up my heels from the sheer joy of being around so many BOOKS. I only love food more than books. Just barely. If I had to choose between a pile of books and a pile of food for my survival after the zombie apocalypse...it would be a hard choice. How would I choose between The Walking Dead comic books and giant pile of pasta and gravy at the Olive Garden next door?! I am happy to report that the staff at this store is very friendly and helpful. I think deep down, they are really only working there to afford a book habit because every employee is as passionate about books as I am. So, go shop for books at this store and ignore me if you see me standing in an aisle clutching one book and talking to a shelf full of other books as I explain to them why there can be only one going home with me today.
Lots of Legos and great place to relax with a cup of Joe and a big fat oatmeal raisin cookie 🍪.
They have many albums, magazines, books and comics especially and I love the kpop part
