Brad and his team are extremely disrespectful. Be cautious when communicating concerns around them. For an out of state student who was trying to figure out why certain things are done and why I never received an email regarding the process of returning books, both laughed and didn’t care at all about my concern. Neither person I spoke to has had any customer service training. Brad told me over the phone he does not see the value of coaching good customer service to his staff. Good luck dealing getting answers from this group.

Notice for online college students: If you purchase a book or program that requires an access code, you have to physically go pick it up or they mail it. Even though it is a code, they are unable to email it to you or give it to you over the phone. Time to modernize a little UNCG...

The staff are helpful and kind here. The selection is not comparable to a regular Barnes & Noble concerning the stationery and books but there’s a great selection of spirit wear!

I was charged for a rental book I returned before the due date last semester. They keep sending me emails saying I owe them, when I have contacted them many times saying I have returned it. I honestly thought it was a scam because I remember the exact day it was returned. I paid the amount because I was so sick of their emails, but I’m mad that I had to pay double for what I rented it for. Not a fan at all. They are the only place I have ever had a problem with in regard to rental books.

This Starbucks is inside of the UNCG Bookstore on campus. They have fast and friendly service. Serves very hot and delicious drinks (especially the machiatios and lattes). However, this store does NOT take the Starbucks app!!! So be prepared to pay with cash or some other card while on campus.

It's got everything you could need including a Starbucks and a great little lounge area with a massive TV. My only complaint (and that of many others) is that the gear is sooo expensive. Shopping sales is the best way to go!

Twas great! I only went for the bathroom cuz I had to pee, but it’s a great atmosphere and I love it! I believe they had a Starbucks inside for those bookworms who need a hot drink, which is amazing! 10/10, love this place 🙂
