Desert Sage Herbs

This shop is simply stellar. The entire staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, their inventory is comprehensive and their prices are very reasonable. The thing I love the most are their classes! There’s something on the calendar for everyone and the vast amount of territory covered in each session is phenomenal. I leave every time with a whole new array of things I’m excited to do with herbs - from tinctures to teas to homemade body care products. Even if you’re not into making things yourself, there are vast selections of ready made products to choose from so you can still add herbal, natural products to your daily routine. The shop is located in a converted house, which is fitting because the owners and staff make it feel like home with every visit. Their passion for healing, joy and self care is apparent in every inch of this space. A must visit.

Went in today and purchased some products and swiped my debit card. Was told ohhh I’ve never seen that before, can you try your card again? So I say ok let’s try my credit card instead. Ok that’s good. I get a receipt leave. I get home and check both accounts, and lo and behold the same amount was charged on both accounts. I immediately return and inform the same cashier. She said no it only shows 1 charge . I show her my different accounts showing both were charged. She says no it only shows pending on the credit..I tell her she is wrong and doesn’t understand all credit show pending until end of day.. but I do have a receipt of the credit charge and would like a to return. The debit you originally said didn’t go through actual did get charged the 1st time . During this time another customer was told ohhh I’ve never that didn’t go through try it again and I inform lady be careful they just did the same to me and actually charged both. Please get your POS updated so this don’t happen to other customers.. Do need to train your employees on employees on how to better handle these types of situation first future customer… or you will loose more then just myself as a customer.. I will be reporting to the BBB also.

I'm sure you'll never see this post because desert sage herbs will review and not let any negative reviews out! I was in to purchase some essential oils and incense.! I did not find the sales gal helpful at all! I also want to mention how I went in this store with shorts on and a short sleeve shirt. What happened was the sales gal left the door open knowing that they have a bunch of mosquitoes outside in their plants and bushes! The sales gal was wearing a long skirt. The gal in the back was wearing jeans. I'm sure they know about people getting bit with mosquitoes! It was miserable for the next 3 hours dealing with all the bites on my legs and arm! Horrible! Horrible horrible! They're lucky. I'm even giving them a rating! I will not be returning!

Stopped by to pick up some healing herbs and I have to say I was impressed with this shop, the first thing I noticed as I walked in was the aroma, a clean healthy and fresh smell filled the air. They have a great selection of bulk herbs, tinctures, teas and more. If your looking for something to help during this cold season, or just out to protect you and your family from what may come then I would suggest you put this as the first stop on your list. Good customer service as well, was in and out in a matter in minutes, thanks

I love this shop! Such a great selection of products! The staff are very nice and helpful and I love the gentle calming vibe inside the store.

Very affordable options with a wide range of choices. I needed to buy some sage to clear the negative energy from my office! There were lots of choices, and i'm so glad I stopped in:)
