I was really excited coming to a Barnes n Nobles for the first time. The store was very nice but looking around at the prices was insane. A $30 book at the store was $10 at Walmart. Most of the books I saw were either double...or triple the cost it would be at Walmart or Amazon. Ended up leaving without a purchase

The food was decent, the place was clean, the staff was friendly and fast. As long as you go in expecting white people Mexican food, you'll find something you like. The vibes are great, especially the outdoor patio area.

Well, like just about every Barnes and Noble we have ever been to, this place is a readers dream come true. Let your imagination go wild from Harry Potter, Star Wars to autobiography and so many more. You can find Lego sets to novelty items to support your anime addiction. A Starbucks is conveniently located inside of the establishment. You can enter from within the mall as well as the parking lot. Quiet, super clean and well organized. Keep in mind that if you entered from within the Mall, the back gate locks on mall hours....

I could seriously cry I placed A book on hold Saturday 12:50 AM around 9:40 AM. I received a text that said my book was on hold and that I had three days to come and pick up. I arrived at Chandler Mall, attempting to pick up my book that I was told someone else had picked up all copies were sold out two copies were on hold under other people’s names. This mixup is very unfortunate. I never have had this happen. It was so busy inside. I left my children in the car. I had to leave feeling as if I wanted to throw up. I truly hate the holidays.

Not my favorite barnes and noble. The layout is a bit blocky. But my main issue is with the cashier I’ve dealt with many times. I have bought and returned things through her on multiple different days and each time she acts so frustrated that she has to be there. I understand we all have our off days but wow. I tend to avoid her at all costs. But overall, a solid 3/5 store. All other staff are friendly and always willing to help:)

I love coming here to browse for real books instead of reading on a screen, and it’s still one of the best spots for gifts for book lovers. The place has a great magazine and kids section, free parking, making it a fun stop for anyone.

B&N Press just ruined Christmas. Failed on all aspects of production, processing and delivery despite payment for expedited service. Waited until 2 days before Christmas to drop the bomb ensuring I cannot go elsewhere. I will never spend another $1 in their stores or Press.
