Composition Shop - Bookstore

Love, love, love this little book shop. Stopped in recently with my daughter. The people were so friendly and the books were good, well choose, not just the latest pulp. There's usually a theme and a selection of books and things to go with them to complement that are fun and quirky. I found the most adorable tarot deck there with some of the Halloween offerings. I'll be checking in from time to time to find foraging books or whatever my mind is feeling curious about because I'm certain to find something that will start me on a fascinating journey. Kudos on a wonderful addition to our charming Main Street.

I came into the shop looking for 4 books to give as holiday presents to family and friends. I walked away with 4 amazing books that everyone loves. The staff in the bookstore could not have been any nicer or more helpful. It’s so nice to have a locally owned bookstore like this in our community!

A "beautifully browsable bookstore." I found that sentence coming out of my mouth and it is exactly what this place is. Bookstores like this don’t seem to exist anymore. And so to have one in downtown Longmont feels like a sweet luxury. I am so grateful for. It’s a perfect place to get a gift whether a book or the delicious chocolates and caramels they stock here as well. This is the kind of place that deserves to have our community’s support because third places like this are so important.

Nothing compares to walking into a bookstore for the first time... and this new shop on Main St in Downtown Longmont was magical!! SO many new and classic titles to browse plus chocolates, stationery and great gift items. I'm in love and plan to visit often - Highly recommend!!!

I attended the book launch event for Give First and Never Ask for the Sale here. It was lovely, staff was incredibly helpful, and the space is just amazing. They have a great selection and the vibes are perfect for having a chocolate and browsing the impressive collection.

Lovely renovated space in the downtown area. They support local authors and hold events as well.
