I recently stopped by Barnes & Noble in Burbank to pick up a birthday gift for my daughter, and it was such a pleasant experience. The store is bright, well‑organized, and full of great book options for all ages. I loved browsing the kids’ section — it made finding the perfect present so easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe was relaxed, which made shopping there really enjoyable. They also had a nice selection of gifts and fun little extras, so I even found a few things to add to the birthday bag. If you’re looking for a welcoming bookstore with lots of choices and a great atmosphere, this Barnes & Noble is totally worth a visit. My daughter absolutely loved her gift! 🎁📚

My wife and I stopped by here because she wanted to get some nursing prep book and also some other books. This is my first time in a Barnes & Noble in a while, I think almost 10 years. When we walked in a worker greeted us and asked if we needed any help. I went browsing around the store to see what they have since it's my first time here. I saw the kids area which is really nice and I think they have story time on certain days. I found the technology book section and just browse through the CompTIA books. They have a cafe inside the store too if you want coffee. I also stumble upon some Legos and they had some Star Wars theme. The store is overall nicely organized and decorated. It's not like a library where you'll have to be super quiet but it's manageable if you're expecting some silent when you are reading inside here. Some people just come here to sit down and read a book for free.

When it came to the manga section a lot of the books were heavily damaged which kinda disappointed me. Like the villainess through the hourglass it looked crumbled up badly like if someone was just putting it back carelessly. But overall I found a couple books I wanted and good customer service 😀

Simply a nice place to be. Big and bustling as a book store should be! The coffee shop inside: Good study vibes. 📖 I like coming here to read and I've seen many others do that too, so the vibes are good. Drinks are great, but the pastries are a pass, usually stale. The views out the window are nice and it's also a great place to people watch.

Convenient, large book store, with many merchandise additions and an indoor Starbucks to enjoy along with your purchase. Store is clean, staff is courteous, and willing to help one find your search.

The other day my daughter and I were in this store looking for a book with figures from the cartoon Inside Out 2. This book was not there, but the store manager was very kind and told us where to find it, and also offered to place an order for us so that we could pick up this book another day in the same store. Overall a cozy place and not crowded compared to other Barnes & Nobles. It’s nice to come here to a cafe, work on a laptop and buy new books.

Great selection of books. So happy B&N is still in business! Always an awesome place to visit. Love perusing the aisles and finding a gem to take home. There's a Crunch gym above and a bunch of great stores to shop and eat at nearby plus free parking. Oh, and a big movie theater too!
