I had an amazing experience at this salon! The service was exceptional, and I absolutely loved how my hair turned out. Chanel was incredible—so patient, sweet, and attentive. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure everything was perfect. My balayage came out flawless; everything blended beautifully, and my hair feels so healthy and refreshed. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch hair care and a stylist who truly cares about their clients!

Going to Chanel’s always leaves me feeling like I went through a transformation! The hairdressers are all so nice and talented. Chanel always does a great job with my baby lights-Balayage hair dye and picky hair cut style. She takes great effort in trying to achieve your desired result. You can tell Chanel cares about her clients with how she runs her business. Chanel makes it a point to keep the team up to date with trainings, of all different kinds. She is attentive to your needs, whether it be having/offering snacks/drinks, or in my case, providing me with a lifted tray so that I could more comfortably work remotely during my appointment. As for your hair, you can be assured you are getting treated with superior quality products. I value the effort, openness to feedback, and care I receive at Chanel’s.

Before and after pictures. I had 4-5 different shades of color in my hair. Rosa Esmeralda (the hair stylist) was so sweet, pleasant to conversate with and made me feel comfortable at all times. She’d always ask if I’m doing well and confirmed many times how I wanted my hair to ensure my satisfaction, however she exceeded my expectations by 1k+. I recommend this location a thousand percent. Even the receptionist was the most amicable and attentive. Aside from great customer service their facility is clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing. 15 out of 10. Thank you, ladies 🙏 forever grateful.

This was my first time going to Chanel’s. I was very excited to try it out cause it seemed nice and professional. I showed up 5 minutes early for my appointment and no one was there, door was locked and the lights were off. I tried to call and no one answered either. My hairdresser got there 15 minutes late and I wasn’t warned about it. She didn’t even apologize for being late but I brushed it off because I at least was able to get my haircut and gave her the benefit of the doubt. I did end up enjoying my haircut though. I do believe she did a great job with the cut, just not the blowout. I personally wouldn’t recommend this place. I would rate it a 2.5 out of 5 stars.

I was so excited to try Chanel’s but sadly left very disappointed. (Twice) At first the base color was very wrong (I asked to match my own natural color as much as possible and to make it as cool as possible and as you can see in the first photo, it was very warm and almost red) and then they did have me come back in and corrected the base. However, it still looked nothing like I requested and I paid $400 total with tip and the original cost for balayage (without tip) was higher than anywhere else I had paid in Winston before. When I mentioned the second time that I didn’t feel that the color matched what I requested, they said that the picture I requested was more ombré and I had requested balayage. (But had shown them the photo) I was torn on rather to leave a review because they are very nice at Chanel’s but because I paid more than I’ve ever paid for my hair (because they charge more than most in Winston) and left more unhappy than I ever have, I wanted to warn others that there are cheaper places that can achieve what you ask for a lot better than Chanel’s so you don’t leave as disappointed as I did. ) I am attaching the photo of the style I asked for and what I ended up getting for reference. I chose pictures with the most flattering lighting although I feel my hair actually looks far worse in most lighting, most of the time. I could show photos where my hair looks very stripey and mostly brown but am trying to be as honest as possible and show it the best it possibly looks in the best possible lighting. The photo with the sunglasses and green grass is actually what my hair looks like in 90 percent of lighting. The last photo with the girl in blue and the heart necklace is what I asked for. You can form your own opinion on if I got what I asked for or not. But if do choose Chanel’s, I’d first of all, know that they charge more than many in Winston and secondly, I’d be very very careful with the photos you show them.

I have been going to Delmy for my baby lights and balayage for the last year and couldn’t be happier!!!! I always love coming and seeing the transformation. She does such an amazing job every time and the service is always so great. She accomodates my crazy hospital schedule. The studio is also super cute and always has yummy snacks and iced coffee. Can’t wait to come back!
