Spa Logic Hair Salon & Day Spa

I got the Groupon spa package (facial, massage, and mani/pedi). They told me it would be about 3 hours: 50 minute facial, 50 minute massage, 50 minute mani/pedi. My appointment was for 10am and we didn’t get started until about 10:15 (which is fine) but Fatiha, the woman who did both my facial and massage, was done by 11:35am. So, neither service was 50 minutes. Which is disappointing. She did a really good job, but I feel like I didn’t quite get what I paid for. And then Happy, the very sweet woman who did my mani/pedi, was so meticulous and did such a good job…. But she took two hours. She was so detail oriented which is awesome, but she just worked sooo slowly. I tried to politely ask her if we could speed it up, a few times, but she didn’t understand me. I looked to the other nail tech for help translating, but maybe she didn’t understand either. I ended up being there from 10am-2:07pm. Again, everyone did a great job, but Fatiha needs to do the fully allotted time and Happy needs to work quicker.

Really disappointed. I went to the nail salon on Saturday morning and it’s now Monday and my thumb is already lifting on the sides. The nail also was painted too far from my cuticle it looks like my nail has been painted for a week versus 2 days ago. To spend $120 (including tip) on gel nails and a pedicure I’m so disappointed with the quality. I purposefully went to the salon before my Christmas vacation so that they would hopefully hold up 2 weeks but it certainly won’t last very long. I don’t recommend this place.

Absolutely incredible! From the general vibes of the space, to the professionalism of the staff, and the top notch skills of the therapist. Suki is truly a God-send therapist & excels in providing an exceptional service checked in regarding target spots needing attention, pressure levels, etc. He went above and beyond by catering a combination of traditional Thai massage with Swedish & deep tissue massage techniques to reduce my sciatica pain. His dedication to customer satisfaction has made me a loyal patron for life. I've enthusiastically recommended his business to all my friends and family, knowing they will receive the same level of exceptional service that I've experienced.

I wanted to like this place so bad..but I fear my two experiences here have left me with a bad impression. I went for the first time around 2 weeks for a pedicure I got on Groupon. There was no issue with the booking and actual service, aside from a miscommunication, which resulted in me getting charged $10 for a service I did not ask for and was not told I was getting until the time of payment. I asked to get a callus removal (which is pretty pricey..$15) and the pedicurist gave me a parafin wax without asking if I wanted it or telling me it cost extra. I called the next day to inquire about the charge and whoever I talked to was very nice on the phone and gave me a $10 credit. So, I came back during their happy price hours and got a gel manicure. It's a week later, and the polish on my nails has turned very streaky with a few chips around the corners. The manicurist also over-exfoliated my hands, so now I have scratches and dry patches on the center of my hands (which were not there before). All in all, I think this place has somewhat competitive prices, I say "somewhat" given the quality of services I received. I can only speak to their nail services, but I think the quality/experience you receive just depends on who actually does your service, and I value consistency in a salon so that's why I only gave them 2 stars.

Cannot express how much I LOVE the palace. Kathy and her team are phenomenal - in all the diverse services they provide. You can literally get everything done very well in a single location. It’s not only wonderful results, but great customer service and a comfortable professional environment. Highly recommend!

So, I decided to reward myself with a facial this past Saturday (10/4/2025). This was my second visit to Spa Logic DC. The first time, my boyfriend treated me to the works: massage, facial, pedicure, and manicure. I got everything done except my hair, and it was a divine experience! This time, it was on my own dime, so I went for just the facial but let me tell you, it was everything! Shout out to Kay my girl had amazing bedside manners and made the whole experience incredible. My skin was glowing like glass! I can’t wait to go back, and if you’re on a budget, grab the Groupon. Treat yourself — thanks, Kay! Also- if you see this Kay image skincare hands down has my face super clean and acne clearing up I'm coming back for more products from the line.

I am visiting DC for a meeting on Tuesday and I decided to come early. Kind forgot the museums are closed so I decided to treat myself to a mani pedi. Looked through Groupon and found this location was about a 10 minute walk from the Lyle. Let me say that I thoroughly enjoyed my mani pedi. Ms. Hana took care of me. My feet were in bad shape, as I often neglect myself for work and being a mommie/wife. Ms. Hana massaged the tightness from my legs, she cleaned up my cuticles and treated me like I was a regular. She's super sweet and a cutie pie!
