Chuan Spa

I had a wonderful conversation with one of the front desk agents named Sophia. I had a lot of questions regarding the different facials offered at the spa and she was so knowledgeable about each one. She answered every question I had and gave me a recommendation I know I can trust. Thank you Sophia! Your customer service was truly above and beyond.

Highly recommend. Very clean, quiet, peaceful ambiance, snacks, tea, fruit water, day beds, sauna, steam room, eucalyptus ice face towels, whirlpool, excellent service. My massage had sound therapy and aromatherapy and it was very luxurious and I felt truly pampered.

Absolutely love Chuan Spa! We had an incredible experience celebrating my partner's birthday with services from Chloe and Brian—both were exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt completely pampered. The spa is immaculate, and every staff member welcomed us with a warm smile and genuine kindness. It was truly a five-star experience from start to finish! We will surely be back soon and highly recommend to anyone in search of a zen space in Pasadena.

Relaxing experience - had a facial and massage at my visit. Great facilities (hot tub, steam, sauna), and my favourite - the quiet room for relaxing after that had regular lounge beds and a warm waterbed option. Divine!! Such a relaxing experience with great, professional staff. Highly recommend!

This was a special weekend treat and turned out to be a fantastic experience. My husband enjoyed his de-stressing head, back, neck massage following by a sauna and hot tub. And my radiant facial treatment was incredibly relaxing and much needed. No pictures except for this one to say thank you for the pretty, traditionally themed pen at the end of our service!

My daughters bought me a gift certificate/voucher for the Chuan Serenity Shen package for Christmas in 2024. The voucher states on its face that it is redeemable for a full year. The package was specially priced and included a number of extra add-on treatments that were stated to have a $1,000 total value. When I went to book my treatments in June of 2025, I was told that the spa "no longer offered the Serenity Package" so I was only given the face amount of the package, which didn't even cover the lowest priced facial and massage. I was so looking forward to enjoying the Serenity package that my daughters intended for me. I am angry and extremely disappointed that the Spa will not honor the gift voucher for the Serenity package.

This was a special Mother’s Day treat and turned out to be a fantastic experience. After using the spa steam room it was time for my facial with Coline can’t say enough about her it was supposed to be 60 min and she took all the time in the world to make my experience special I can say I’m hooked and will definitely will be coming back for more with Coline thank you
