Super nice ladies , I went in to get my ends cut and to fix and to even out my hair because it was asymmetrical before . They were super careful and willing to keep the length of my hair and only cut more in some areas upon my request. I'm pretty happy with my haircut. I speak Spanish I'm not sure if that's their preferred language but that's how we understood and communicated with each other.

I called in the morning to inquire about the prices for a cut and wash, then a wash only, and finally for a 'cut, wash, and blow dry.' When I asked for the price of the service, the response I received in Spanish was, 'Oh no, are you just calling to check prices?'—in a very rude manner. I explained that it was my first time calling and that I was genuinely interested in getting a service done. The woman replied, 'Oh, well, it’s because someone has been calling all morning.' Despite my reassurance that this was my first time calling, the harsh tone and mockery I encountered have led me to take my business elsewhere

My daughter wanted tip highlights and one of the lady cut her hair like a boy cut and said that’s what she wanted and left it half long and half short. And the lady wanted us to pay for it. How did you misunderstand highlights to cut super short?? They were all very rude and got mad as to not understanding that as a mother to see their daughter’s hair all messed up and uneven. I’m very upset and hurt on their so call profession. Heard it was a good place. Was proven wrong on their work on my daughter and attitude towards me.

Imelda did a wonderful job on my hair 🤎 I went from brunette to a caramel bayalage. No damage done to my hair. Very well done.
