Dove Spa & Nails

I have been going to Dove Spa for over 20 years!! It is a very clean and everyone is friendly and helpful. I especially love "Jenny" who I’ve been going to for many years. She is so focused and meticulous when doing my nails. She is truly a perfectionist! She is so very sweet and always takes special care of me.

The staff is always so friendly here at Dove. I feel very comfortable here and the place is clean and the vibe is upbeat and happy. My pedicure and manicure were both wonderful. Kelly really pays attention to detail. I've had many different nail technicians here and haven't been disappointed.

Always pleasantly greeted by the staff. I usually do regular pedicure and now have found the wonder of gel powder. They are all wonderful but I've had a great experience with Mimi. I always get massage + 10 min (which is 17 dollars) and with all this don't need to go every 2 weeks and spend about 100 dollars. I like the Starbucks next store too.

I am incredibly disappointed. I took myself and my two daughters under 10 to this nail salon—regular pedicure and gel manicure. My daughters have tiny hands and tiny toes. They didn't give a massage to the girls. The service they provided was quick. There was no massage with the pedicure bc it was a regular pedicure. 226.53. Robbery, they didn't even do a great job. Wow, never again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in just to get my gel x nails soaked and filed off. I left with my nails MUTILATED, bleeding and painful to the touch for a week straight. The tech that filed my nails pressed so hard she drew blood, and when I tried to pull my hands away she literally told me "it’s not that bad"??? At one point another nail tech came up and tried to PRY the nails off with a flat headed tool (any nail tech would know that that is NOT how you remove nails) which of course I asked her to stop and not do that. After that I just told them I would remove the rest myself because it was hurting too much and they tried to charge me $20?? I can’t lie I acted a little Karen-ish but that is insane?? My hands were BLEEDING and they wanted me to pay?? I warn you if you want gel x, acrylic or any other fake nail removed go literally anywhere else.

They will overcharge you and scam. Went for a regular mani and pedi, they said it’s $30 for each service. I decided to use the "long lasting nail polish" and they said it’s $3 more so ok. Charged me $66 but they swiped $70 instead. Their reasoning is just so it’s easier than having a random number. They dont even do a good job compared to other places. I also asked for a massage while waiting for my nails to dry and my manicurist denied it and said no one is available. Meanwhile, this male staff walked and asked other "white" customer if they want a massage.

I’ve been coming here for more than a year! Sarah always did a great job with my nails. She apparently left and had to have someone else do my nails. Bella ruined my nails - paper thin and not shaped properly, gel was over the cuticles, it immediately started peeling off as I felt something wasn’t right. I asked for a refund as I won’t return and they refuse to give me a refund. They said I can have a free service next time but it’s not free. I paid money for my nails, refusing to refund me and trying to say next time is free. If it was free I would have not had to pay the money at all and receive my refund. I literally paid $50 for ruined nails and they refuse to give me a refund. You are stealing. Telling people there are policies but there are none! Bella needs to be gone!
