Loved my experience at this new neighborhood spa. It is spotlessly clean, the staff is highly experienced, and it genuinely feels calm and relaxing, which is hard to find in NYC. It is a bit pricier than nearby salons, but the experience is absolutely worth it. Chloe is amazing at nails. My gel manicures have been lasting 3+ weeks. Madison is a phenomenal masseuse. I did a 90-minute massage for neck pain and TMJ, and she was incredibly knowledgeable. The results were better than massages I have had that cost 3x more. Highly recommend.

I had such a great experience at this nail salon! Everything was perfect — very professional staff, high-quality work, and a really pleasant atmosphere. My manicure lasted a long time with no chips or damage at all, which honestly impressed me. You can tell they really care about quality and customer satisfaction. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for beautiful, long-lasting nails!

I am absolutely obsessed with Zenara Day Spa. Every visit leaves me feeling better than when I walked in, and truly, that’s the highest compliment I can give. I’ve had regular massages here and get my nails done every couple of weeks, and the consistency is unmatched. I’m a big fan of chrome polish, which is notoriously hard to pull off, and they apply it with absolute ease and experience. The new owners are fantastic — warm, attentive, and clearly committed to elevating the entire experience. What I love most is the team. Everyone is genuinely delightful, and you can feel that they enjoy being there. That kind of energy doesn’t happen by accident. It speaks volumes about strong, thoughtful management and a culture where both guests and staff are truly cared for. The spa itself is always spotless, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. It’s quiet without feeling stuffy, relaxing without feeling pretentious, and consistently one of my favorite places to unwind. If you’re looking for a place where you can fully exhale, this is it. I could not recommend Zenara Day Spa more. The new chapter of this spa is something special, and I hope more people get to experience it.

1 star for the new owners. 5 stars for the manicurists that work there. To the new owners: I wanted to clarify your pricing. I was told there is a $10 surcharge for Dazzle Dry manicures, whether the polish is yours or mine. I understand a surcharge if the salon is providing special products, but if I bring my own, I’m not sure what the extra charge is covering. Could you please explain the reasoning behind this policy? It does not take the staff longer or require anything extra to use polish provided by the customer and makes no sense to lose loyal customers over something that no other nail salon in NY does. It would be great to see your response.

Chloe did an amazing job on my nails and really went above and beyond to make sure the polish turned out perfect. I can’t say enough great things about the manicurists here! Prices are also very reasonable considering the great job they do. I will definitely be returning!

Celine did amazing work on my nails! I never done cat eye before and she was able to add a cute heart for me. They have lasted a long time and I went during a sale and got 30% off!

I went to Rosie here and it was the best manicure I’ve ever gotten! 10/10 and very affordable!
