Skin by Emily is an absolute gem! Emily is truly amazing—her energy is so positive, and her passion for skincare really shines through in everything she does. She has beautiful skin herself, which is always reassuring, and her work ethic is unmatched. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Emily took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all my questions with care, and made sure I experienced no pain or discomfort during the treatment. Her attention to detail and patience, especially during the cleaning process, really impressed me—there was no rushing at all. I had the Aqua Peel service and absolutely loved it! I had a lot of buildup in my skin, and Emily took her time to thoroughly cleanse and refresh it. The results were amazing. She also made thoughtful recommendations and gave me great skincare advice that I’ve already started using. Her space is clean, peaceful, and super inviting.You can tell she puts her heart and soul into every service, and I’m so grateful I found her. I’ll definitely be booking again!

5/5 across the board! You can tell Emily is so experienced, knowledgable, and thorough in her care. I got the signature aqua peel facial, and my skin feels so clean and glowing! She also took the time to answer any questions that I had and really went innnnn on the extractions (in a good way). Her space is so cozy, warm, clean, and inviting. Can't wait to come back next time!

Emily is SO LOVELY and a skilled aesthetician! I was looking for a facial studio in Chinatown while visiting family and came across her Google reviews. Communication and scheduling was really easy via text message. The studio is clean and comfortable. Her assessment was really spot on and the extractions were the most comprehensive and thorough that I've ever had. They hurt...but I had over 6 months of built up congestion and I was honestly so happy to have someone willing to take their time with extracting nearly every pore. At a certain point, home care just stops working as effectively and you need a powerful manual deep clean, which Emily delivered! She even went over time, which I definitely didn't ask for but just speaks to how much she cares about her work. I wish I could go more often but for now will schedule when I'm in NYC!

I’ve been to many facial places over the last 5 years and Emily is by far one of the best. She takes her time and is extremely detail oriented with your skin and she adjusts the treatment based off what your skin needs (for example my skin has been really clogged this month so she took extra care during extractions today). I’m also really impressed by the range of technologies she has. This is the exact opposite of the those "facial" places that just wash your face and put a mask on. Absolutely worth every penny and know her clientele will only keep growing.

Emily is so amazing. The first esthetician I have met that truly took their time, gave me thorough extractions and didn't try to sell any products. My face feels so smooth and refreshed now. Her office is cozy and clean, and I appreciate how gentle and kind she was. It is amazing how affordable her services are too. Highly recommend using her. You should definitely tip well because she is totally worth it.

My last visit with Emily was wonderful! I enjoyed a pleasant hydra-facial and skin rejuvenation. Her studio is clean, bright, and comfortable. I am planning on a return soon and hope to keep up my skin maintenance with Emily!
