Completely exquisite and upscale! If you are looking to get out of the hum drum environment of a regular salon or spa experience this is THE PLACE! A very high end environment which is tailored to your needs in privacy and thoughtfulness! I love coming here! I think it greatly takes the place of having to go to a regular spa/salon and feeling like just another dollar sign. And if you think about it the best of the best are here as they as they want to be on their own not working under someone else! I think this is the future of the industry standard! I will never go back to a regular salon or spa again! I feel completely taken care of like it is all my own experience from the moment I walk in the doors! You will not be disappointed by the beautiful environment that feels it was created just for you!

This review is based on management. There is none. Each booth is personally owned so there is no accountability for bad service. We spent $2,000 on 2 visits to "the acne clinic" and felt scammed because my teen's acne did not improve whatsoever, despite all these promises on her webpage. We contacted the owner of the JC lofts who said he would get $800 back from her to refund us but never did. If you want to spend $2,000 with no results head to this place.

Gorgeous building in amazing location. Accessible parking on backside of building. Beautiful suites and always amazing service from receptionist and suite owners!
