My daughter was taken by our au pair for a haircut, and I did try to connect with the stylist beforehand to share what we were hoping for but wasn’t able to get a call back. Because of that, there seemed to be a bit of a misunderstanding on what we were looking for; her hair wasn’t blown out and only a small amount was trimmed. They also asked my daughter all of the questions I filled out in the pre-appointment form indicating that maybe that information wasn’t reviewed. The cut itself is even and looks clean, so I do appreciate that. I just wish we could have aligned on expectations beforehand, especially for the price ($77).

Each staff member I spoke to was lovely and Audrey somehow reads minds and gave me EXACTLY the hair I wanted. Never been happier with a service! She also gave me great product recommendations and walked me through how to style my hair how I wanted. Highly recommend!

Modesty is PHENOMENAL! Cannot recommend her enough. Already booked my next appointment with her. If you’re looking for hairstylist that knows how to do amazing layers, she’s your girl!

From scheduling the appointments for my mother and I to the finish cuts, we were treated kindly and the ladies were very friendly. the atmosphere was pleasant and the stylist took special care in all aspects of the appointment. Loved the hair was message!!!!

Sienna did a lovely job for her first time dyeing my hair! I felt comfortable throughout the whole experience, and would definitely come to her again! This was my first time getting my hair professionally done and I couldn't of had a better person to do it!
