ANGELA IS THE BEST! I had the best experience here. I’m a brunette and I’ve never changed my hair color until today. I’m in love with my new highlights. They blend in with my natural color and my hair looks sun kissed instead of looking unnatural. They take such good care of you here. I highly recommend trying it. They also use Aveda which is the best brand (natural, cruelty free, vegan). I can’t wait to be back!

DO NOT COME HERE. I would give zero stars if I could. I have been a loyal customer customer at Origina for over 10 years. I got the time wrong for my Brazilian blowout appointment today and was charged the full price for the service. I am a busy mom and was at the doctors office with my sick 18 month old. However, if I had gotten a call or text letting me know I was late for my appointment, I would have called my husband and driven right over. No, that did not happen. I did not receive a call or text letting me know I was late. I was texted 50 minutes after my missed appointment that I was charged $276 for a service I never received. What about a reminder text, so I could have a heads up that I had my appointment time wrong? I got a text on Monday confirming my appointment for Friday, without telling me the time. I confirmed it, because obviously I thought I had my appointment time correct. When I called (in shock) the employee on the phone was very rude and said "you made the appointment. You should know the time." Come on, it was an appointment made on the phone. Every single business I frequent that takes appointments (doctors, chiropractors, hair salons, nail salons) sends a call, text or email reminder with an appointment time. It is not too much to ask for. Origina, you are in the business of appointments. Call and text your clients reminding them of their appointment time. I will never come here again.

Amber did an excellent job. I am so pleased with how my highlights and haircut turned out. Amber was the perfect balance of listening to what I wanted and inputting her professional opinion. I will definitely be back! The only frustrating part to my visit is that, I arrived 10 minutes early to be respectful of my scheduled time and they got me back 15 minutes later than my scheduled appointment time. My time matters, as I have to pay a sitter so I can go get my haircut. She explained it was due to a minor morning mishap that caused all appointments to start later, which I get. Other than that, I was pleased with my new haircut and style and can't wait to come back!

My husband bought me a Groupon here for a balayage. I had an amazing experience! I saw Allison, who is awesome. She took the time to discuss my hair and really knew what she was doing. I felt so comfortable with her; I will definitely be back again to see her! I highly recommend this salon to everyone!

Love love love this salon. Super sweet & talented hairstylists. The owner is one of a kind. I asked for one thing about my hair to be changed and she completely took care of me & fast! Great experiences every time! They not only care about their work but you as a person!

Service was prompt and my esthetician, Brianna, was gentle and caring, describing what she was doing as she went along. She was careful not to get my hair full of product which was a plus. I usually have to wash my hair after a facial. Thanks to her consideration, I did not have to.The only comment I have to the negative is this - I was surprised at the literally tattered condition my body wrap was in. The facility is a class act and the wraps just didn't fit into the image they were attempting to portray. It's the little things ... but, I would definitely go to see Brianna again.
