Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I am a Hand & Stone member, with my "home" location in North Carolina. I missed my monthly facial due to snow, of all things, so decided to try out a Hand & Stone near my work location in Arlington, VA. Hadlee did SUCH an amazing job! She took time to look at my skin wndceee what I needed, and the whole experience was relaxing. BONUS: I was glowing when I left and my skin feels wonderful! I have found my go-to for work travel in Hadlee!

I've been going to Maruca for my facials and skin treatments for a while now, and I can honestly say she is amazing at what she does! Every visit is such a great experience—calming, professional, and truly effective. Maruca has a real gift for understanding skin concerns and tailoring treatments that actually work. She has completely transformed my skin, addressing issues I’ve struggled with for years. It always feels like magic when I leave her studio with my skin looking refreshed, glowing, and healthy. I trust her completely and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Nuisha is literally the best. She really is interested in your skin, making your skin, healthier and listens to your concerns. I’ve been going to her for over a year now regularly and she has really transformed my skin and my skin care routine. And she is also just the loveliest person.

I scheduled an appointment with Shanise in May, and have been locked in with her ever since! She is personable and a master of her craft. At the start of each appointment we review any problem areas I’m experiencing and she provides a responsive massage treatment. 5 stars all around!

DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP – HORRIBLE SERVICE I have been trying to get in contact with the manager for almost three weeks to cancel my membership, and she has completely ignored my emails and phone calls. The receptionist stated that she does not know the manager’s schedule and that the manager "just shows up when she wants to," which is unacceptable. There is no way to cancel a membership without obtaining a cancellation form directly from the location where you signed up, yet management is unreachable. This feels intentionally obstructive. I am an active-duty military member and need this membership canceled immediately in order to complete my out-processing. At this point, I may have no choice but to involve JAG to resolve the issue. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience.

Had a massage with Brandon, and i have to say it was the best massage I've ever had which is why I felt compelled to leave a review. He even gave a few extra minutes of time to me, as he saw one area near my neck was very tight and wanted to make sure it was property massaged. Highly recommended!
