Besfren Beauty, Falls Church

I come here pretty often and always recommend this place to my friends when they’re in search for some Kbeauty products. They’re always well stocked and have testers to try out certain products. They’re always well stocked and service is pretty good for me, I don’t have any issues and usually get really good recommendations from the salespeople too! I do suggest having done some research prior to purchasing or at least have some idea of what you’re looking for as some products react differently to different types of skin. I would say Kbeauty products are way less harsher than many other beauty products. I definitely recommend!

Best K Beauty store in the area! The store attendant is always so sweet and nice. They always give the best advice and recommendations. Id go here before going to Ulta anyday! 😊

Visited this location for the first time and picked a few nice finds. It’s hard to find locations that sell Korean lip tints and eyeshadow palettes. They have a lot of testers you can try out and a nice range of skincare and makeup products. They also had some lesser known brands (at least brands I’m not as familiar with). The staff was very helpful in assisting me find alternatives to items they were out of. Nice experience, very clean and well kept shop!

This is about a visit today 7/24! This was the best visit I’ve ever had to Besfren! There were two new sales associates I’d never seen before and one of them helped me figure out my brows so patiently and confirmed my picks from the lip section were good for at least half an hour! I really appreciated their help and they had such an unimposing, non pressuring presence that it made this the best cosmetic experience I’ve had in a while! Thank you!

A lovely lady named In helped me today! She was extremely welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back. Can’t wait to try my new products!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this store! They are very knowledgeable about all of their products and recommend what is best for you. They are popular for their wide selection of sheet masks. I love the Dr.Jart and Cosrx lines. They also sell other beauty care such as tweezers, makeup, shampoo, and foot care. Go and check them out in eden center! Support small and local businesses!

This review is regarding our experience on the evening of 7/20/2025. While the store offers a good selection of skincare and makeup products, our visit was uncomfortable. As we browsed, an older staff member made remarks about us in Korean, assuming we couldn’t understand. She joked that we might steal something and that we were too short to be seen over the shelves. My friend, who had a drink and initially planned to wait outside, was invited in and told to leave it on a shelf, only to be mocked moments later in Korean for bringing the drink inside. Although my friends did make purchases, we are reluctant to return.
