Great experience, first time coming here and they were very welcoming. I love the way he cut my hair, it works out perfectly for straight and especially my curly hair. Will be returning in the future.

My first visit to get color service for my extension. I gave them the extension last year and completely forgot about it but when I called them after a year they said they still have the and it’s ready for pick up so I went to get it. They promised me they will 💯 get the color I want and showed them on a picture with no doubt. however I got a complete opposite result of what I asked so I kindly asked them if they could ton it a bit or do something but the way they talked me was very rude and unprofessional so I let it be and decided to pay and leave. They immediately told me to Zelle and refused to take a credit card( even though they have a perfectly working credit card machine) and I was like okay cas I want to get out of that place ASAP so I transferred the $$ and they got a confirmation but the lady who told me to Zelle it has the audacity to insult me and told the owner to see how much I transferred. Mind you I didn’t argued with them or said anything I only asked them a question even tipped them cas they kept the hair for almost a year and I thought that was nice. But I don’t understand what exactly happened for me to be treated that way after they messed up with my extensions 🤷🏾‍♀️. Very unprofessional the picture on the left is what I asked and the pic on the right is what I got and I paid $395

If I could give them a 10..I would! I’m very picky when it comes to my hair color and style. Showa and his lovely team mad me look 5 years younger with the choice of color and highlights they pulled on my hair! ♥️ At first the color of the highlights were a bit too light to my liking - but he managed to fix it with such grace and professionalism. Even the wash lady noticed I was getting cold and brought a heater near me to keep me warm. They’re very attentive, caring and knowledgeable when it comes to their costumer’s hair and comfort. Best hair salon in the area 💕

Showa treated both me and my mom with great hospitality since the moment we walked in. You can tell he has years of experience with the way he cares for your hair. I got the color I asked for and the haircut made my hair look so full and healthy. Definitely a good place if you want your hair colored.

I am never going to this salon ever again! I have been going here for two years and around two weeks ago I went the day of my prom. Usually the service is great, I never have a problem but my prom day - everything was going usual until they put me in the dryer for TWO HOURS. They left me in the dryer and forgot about me. My head was burning and I kept telling them that it’s burning and I had an unusual feeling about having my head in there for too long. I get my hair straightened and then I leave. A few days later I notice that there is some hard lump on it, it felt like I had some type of degree burn. Two hours ago, at my OWN graduation, my HAIR FALLS OFF INCLUDING THE SKIN AND THE ROOTS OF MY HAIR. There was blood attached to the scalp. I NOW HAVE A BALD SPOT BECAUSE OF THEM. I STARTED BLEEDING CRAZY and had to have a cotton pod placed under my cap for graduation. Save your money and go to a different salon or just do it at home. I am never coming here EVER AGAIN. Give me my money back.
