I appreciate that Brittany is knowledgeable and is able to explain the science behind good hair care. I also appreciate that she continues to learn about how to best care for her clients hair.

I shared a picture of the hairstyle I wanted the day before my appointment. She said she could do it. I also told her I was allergic to a certain ingredient. She kindly checked and said it was not in any of the products she used. When I arrived we looked at the products and saw that ingredient was in there. Okay I went to the nearest beauty supply store and bought the supplies she needed to do my hair (spent about $25). Okay once she is about to style my hair she states she has never done the style I wanted. It would have been nice if she told me that the day before. She then shows me another style she has done before, which I liked and agreed to it. Maybe 20 minutes later when she is already stying my hair she said that this style will be a bit more. I felt that was wrong to not only say it after she had started doing the style but I had to also pay for my own products. She did a good job on my hair, but I would not be go back on how I was treated when she did not tell me the truth.

You will not be disappointed! I go to Brittany regularly for curly silk presses and she always does a great job. I have really thick hair and she gets my hair straight with ease. She is truly a miracle worker. Highly recommend her work!

I have been going to Brittany for the past 3 months ! I am fairly new to Durham and I am so thrilled I was able to find someone I can consistently go to for my hair needs . She is very cautious with my hair and explains what she can and can not do with my texture to make sure it stays protected . I have a standing bi weekly appointment !! So happy I was able to find her .

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Brittany. She is a great stylist and she listens to her customers needs. I recommend her if you’re looking to take a hair journey to healthier hair. Her prices are reasonable also. 😉

It is always a wonderful experience with my appointment. Brittany is patient and knowledgeable of products and natural hair. My hair has grown and is healthier.
