I've been going to Cecil's for over 30 years, coming from Georgia for the Air Force.. Cecil's hair salon was my first stop to get my hair cut. Terrance my barber is the best barber in all of Sacramento. Not only do you have other good barbers there ( Jerry, Keith and Joe ) they are brother of intellect. Don't hesitate to call or go into the shop your life and hair will change for the better.

I've been going to Cecil's since 2004. It is the place where 'grown men' get a haircut. After Cecil's passing, this business is run in the same professional way.

Each barber is Phenomenal! They even have loc technician there too, ( Jerry) is awesome incredibly knowledgeable! I like the atmosphere while bringing my son. And they also have a local board inside!

I got a haircut from here a while back and I definitely plan on coming here sometime again. This was the most comfortable I ever been getting a haircut, both workers I interacted with here were very friendly and also do absolutely amazing jobs at what they do. They lined me up without me having to ask! I should have made this review a long time ago but thought I would put this here cus I definitely plan on coming back. Definitely check them out if you can!

The guys make you feel like family with an old school meets new school barbershop environment. Jerry and T are professionals at their craft and offer so many services for everyone. Cecil's is family, one of the longest standing historical barbershops in Sacramento that I know of... with numerous clients that have decades of customer loyalty and new clients that will do the same...Jerry has been my stylist for 25 years...thank you guys for all your service and valuing your clients business and relationships!!!

Cecil's has been my son's barber, since he was 2, he can go to any or the barbers and know they will do a great job! Professional, friendly and fast, if you are looking for a spot for a great cut, come here.
