Perfect place to unwind for the day or night. I went on a Friday afternoon and it was so relaxing because there was barely anyone there and the staff in the ladies’ locker room were so friendly even though they don’t speak English. Locker room has a dry sauna and a hot sauna which were both super clean. The "jacuzzi" was odd, room temperature water but super cold at the bottom so only stayed in for a few minutes. Food was good (because it’s included!) and for $80 ($40 for admission, $20 for massage + $20 mandatory tip), it exceeded my expectations. There were a myriad of places for me to lounge and read my book which made me super happy. This place wouldn’t be great for couples because the saunas/jacuzzi are in the locker rooms and communal areas are only for lounging and eating but for a self care day, it’s perfect. The massage was pretty good, I do have a few complaints though. My masseuse Angela gave a great massage however, she kept using her phone in the middle of it and at the end, asked me to tip her another $10 on top of the $20 I already gave. Didn’t appreciate that but overall my experience was great and would love to come back!

Sadly, I had a very bad experience. As I checked in I laughed with the spa receptionist. She was cold. No response. I asked her about the regulations at this particular bathhouse. No response. Neither the jacuzzi nor steam room were working. I asked the front desk receptionist if everything was working. No response. The second time I complained she simply mentioned refunding me. I ended up going to QC Spa and had a beautiful experience. I am in the business. Customer service is paramount. The client should be greeted with kindness and welcomed into an experience. Not at this bath house. I was greeted with coldness. That type of treatment is sophomoric. It is bad business. It is cheap. I lost nothing other than time. However, I guess one gets what they pay for.

My friends and I have been meaning to check this place out after finding it randomly on Google Maps. We were more interested after reading all the reviews. Yet, an acquaintance of mine had mentioned that the reviews were exaggerated. So, finally, I got to check the place out last week. It is not the cleanest, but it is not as dirty as the reviews make it out to be. The spa is kind of small, but it definitely has the potential to be a decent place. Like all spas, you check in and pay the fee at the counter. Here, you will place your shoes in your designated shoe rack and wear their slippers instead. As mentioned before, the spa is not that large. The bath area consists of a hot tub, a dry sauna, a steam room, and several shower stalls. The lockers are wider than other places but are not as deep. There is a free buffet that serves Asian snacks, congee, and soup. If there is nothing you want from there, feel free to order from the menu. Drinks are not free and are charged to your locker number, which will be paid in the end. Honestly, the best part of this spa is the relaxation. If the weather permits, feel free to go out to the deck and relax in the cool air and sunny sky. Otherwise, there are several sleeping lounges for you to visit. Two are inside with the lights off so you can sleep. The last one is near the outside deck and isolated. I did not see any yelling staff or sudden overcharge fees as previous reviews have written about. The only thing I do wish is that the bath area was a bit cleaner.

I’m not sure what I hated more.. Between the overpriced massage in a room with multiple men playing YouTube videos, the ice cold jacuzzi, the in inconsiderate staff or the non working steam room it’s a tough choice. Front desk guy was cool but probably only because he knows how whack this place is. Save your money. Terrible experience overall.

Overall a very pleasant experience. The pricing feels reasonable, the food was very enjoyable. I did want to gently mention one small concern: there is a budgerigar kept at the spa, and it appeared a bit lonely and understimulated. Budgies are highly social birds, and having a companion can make a big difference to their well being. I also noticed it had quite a few pin feathers, which can be uncomfortable without regular social grooming. Adding a companion, along with more toys or enrichment or possibly consider adopting another budgie could really help improve its comfort, especially in a busy environment with frequent visitors. if you truly care about this bird, I hope you will take this comment seriously. Every time I visit, it is difficult not to feel sad seeing it in this state, and I truly hope its living conditions can be improved. I hope this can be taken as a friendly suggestion. Aside from this, I had a great experience and truly enjoyed my visit.

Oh shit man. I had to take like five buses to get here but the spa has like 17 floors and waterfalls and traditional Korean chess sets and little mud huts and nail spas and face spas and places to sit and each traditional Korean desserts that are just these massive shaved ice and fruit thingies. They got a restaurant with these chairs that make you look like a king or a queen. Anyway, my pores got so clean
