They had everything I needed. They were helpful when I needed help and they were playing Christian worship music!! Such a great atmosphere. I asked about the return policy and they informed me I couldn’t get a refund on unused packages of hair but I could get a in store credit! They are great and I’ll be back for any hair needs.

Dont shop for brushes, the bristles fall out and they will not reimburse you for your purchase.

I want to visit Kim's beauty supply store here in North Tulsa if you have a service animal don't come they're very rude and very disrespectful

this place is the absolute worst hair store in Tulsa. Please don’t go here. Please visit Mandy‘s. If you have hair needs in TULSA OK you will be respected and you will not have a problem receiving items that are old used and worn and re-sold even though you have a no return policy, you cannot sell defective items to someone and not at least Try to exchange for an un defective item. Please read the law before you get sued. Kim

My wife went inside this terrible store and had one of the worst customer service experiences she ever had. They were upset because they closed in 15 min. The man was overly aggressive with her and they tried to rush her out so quick they double charged her on products we didn’t even have. We will never come back to this store and they’re lucky the doors was locked when I tried to address this situation. Stop giving these people your hard earned money. They don’t value you

Horrible store policies and rude employees . Went in and before I could even get through the door completely, I was told I couldn’t come into the store due to the "large size" of my purse ???? Absurd. I was carrying a regular sized RL shoulder bag and wasn’t even welcomed into the store. I ended up just leaving, don’t give this place your money. Go where you will be treated like a valued customer , not an automatic suspect !!!
