This is not rlly abt any issues with the store itself but with a worker. So I don’t the remember the young lady’s name but its was a relatively young white girl with blonde hair. This lady needs to watch out how she gets people to sign up for credit cards. She asked me if I wanted a discount on my purchase and said yes. What she failed to mention is that I was signing up for a damn credit card. I thankfully noticed right away and asked her about it and she confirmed that it was a credit card application. She then has the audacity to get upset and breathe hard and roll her eyes when I declined the card. Maybe next time make it CLEAR that you’re talking about a credit card. Not just a regular store account like every other store has. Y'all can’t be playing with people’s credit and money like this just to up your sales or get points within the store. Yall are gonna get sued and it’s gonna be that little girls fault. Thats all.

I usually have a good time at this Sephora, but today at check out, the employee, PIERCE ignored me for a good minute while finishing another conversation with another employee. And when I arrived at the front, he was blatantly rude towards me while I was struggling to pull up a barcode for my discount. He instantly look annoyed and pressured me into hurrying up and told me to speak louder very rudely. I understand that it was a busy day but it was very offensive to me to be demanded to do something in a rude tone. I couldn’t get it up in a good time and I left with my purchase really sad that I was pressured as a customer.

My beauty advisor Kallen was AMAZING! She was so friendly, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She’s a true girls’ girl ! she made me feel like we’d been lifelong friends even though it was our first time meeting. Her energy and expertise made the whole experience fun and effortless. Had to come in this past Sunday for a Makeup Lesson. I've been having trouble with my foundation being patchy on anything I use (primer/moisturizer/bare skin). Haylee was assigned to be my artist. She was incredibly educational, and I learned alot about what I had been doing right and wrong in my skin care/makeup routine. Haylee went above and beyond in helping me; we tried multiple products with mixed results, but in the end she got my skin looking much better than I was getting. I know she wasn't happy with how my skin turned out, but I was. She sent me home with products to try in my spare time to help me make sure I look my best on my wedding day. Haylee, girl, if you're reading this; THANK YOU. Here's the products that ended up working for me; The Alto moisturizer you reccomended The exfoliating pads (I THREW OUT that Saint Ives!!) Huda beauty primer The Fenty foundation (only on my nose. My elf foundation oddly looked better on the rest of my face). If you're needing a consultation/lesson, book with Haylee. She's amazing at what she does.
