Kim's Beauty Supply

I am a local. I have been shopping there for years. Personally if you know you know lol. Kim's is the best one stop shop for ANYTHING barber, beauty, hair, nail, accessories and even select clothes! The staff is impeccable. I was looking around the shop for a select item that I did not want to drive clear across town at a marked up price for. When I was about walk way from looking I was in an area of the store they had recently rearranged Chanda was stocking a few items she asked if she could help me find anything..... no joke this lady went above and beyond for me. I showed her my empty product bottle and asked about it she said we don't have it but your in lucky I can get in. I will text him now. After picking a different item for the time being she had not heard back form her contact so she call him right there described it he responded with up I know that items I'll put 6 bottles on your next order. She even took the time to take my number and inform me when item came in. Thank you Chanda 👏 you are seen your doing a fantastic job. It's all about the simple things.✨️ Thank you to the whole Kim's crew at this location this is not the 1st time I seen they really care about what they are doing and how they take care for the community.

After reading all of the *1* star reviews (which is my favorite thing to do) and visiting the store myself and having nothing less than an exceptional experience, I am rating Kim’s Beauty Supply ****5****stars! The staff were friendly and could competently calculate total cost and taxes. The variety of products made it easy for me to find exactly what I needed, and the customer service was welcoming in both proactively greeting customers and assisting as well as locating products and assessing quality. Price points for the products were more than reasonable with no detectable defects. You all are doing a great job. I appreciated the experience and hope to see you all again soon!

I prefer this Beauty Supply store over other ones I go too. My favorite location is 21st and Sheridan. I am happy that they have multiple locations to suit your beauty needs.

I normally enjoy this beauty supply so today's visit came as a total surprise. I called to double check the price of my shampoo and conditioner being that the prices may very denpending on where you purchase and I was told 13.99 only to get there 10 mins later and be told it was 15.99. Does 2$ matter yes it does when your on a tight budget. I'm a loyal customer tho they might not know and I still purchased the product it just left a bad taste in my mouth.
