CVS Pharmacy

Great, they are open 24 hours. But, they don't have the staff to support the need on a holiday. I went on Christmas Day after being released from major surgery. After 80 minute wait, I couldn't get meds filled. Two techs, two different stories. Later, the Pharmacists said "the algorithm for hiring on Christmas Day completely and utterly failed." Which kept me without meds, and others in line returning two to three times, hoping for the line to go down. So, they need to have more staff and more meds in stock.

I had a hard time a few years ago. But this place is great. Customer service remarkable at front desk and pharmacy. They treat me nice. Thank you cvs

I was greeted by happy smiling employees. My CVS is open 24 hours which is amazing. The best time to go is early in the AM.

Expensive compared to other stores I think But they always have what you need. Cereal sales weekly are great $1.99-$2.49 per normal box size

The 24-hour CVS on New Britain Avenue in West Hartford has been incredibly slow in refilling prescriptions and preparing them. On Monday, I had to wait the entire day to pick up my pain medication. I called and left a voicemail requesting an expedited service, but they didn’t seem to care. The medication was ready later that evening around 5:53 PM, and I’m currently in the process of getting it from another pharmacy. I strongly advise against using this pharmacy, especially if you have severe pain or an urgent need for medication.
